hi everyone! I have some newbie presale questions: I have never done a pre-sale so I am wondering how it works. Like, are there only selected seats available during a pre-sale? Do they only accept payment with credit card? What if you purchase a ticket then, you have a chance to get a better seat, can you return the ticket/upgrade the ticket? My next question has to do with seating. I am a fairly tiny person, and I wonder where the best place to sit would be. I know front row center is nice lol and I know the layout is different with every show, but I am wondering if there is a general spot/section that is good to sit if you are on the shorter side. I wouldn't want to buy a ticket and end up not seeing the stage because I am standing behind people who are taller than me. thanks for any helpful advice you can give me!

You will need a credit/debit card to make your purchase. No, if you find better seats later, you can't return the ticket or upgrade through the pre-sale. Generally different types of pre-sales have certain sections assigned to them. They do leave some tix for the general sale. Front row center would be difficult to get. To get rows 3-6, you would need to buy the Hot Sound package for approximately $1500. Behind those are the Gold tix for roughly $650. If I was a short person, I'd go after a good ticket in one of the lower levels instead of the floor unless I was going after a package.

Hi Apple Scruff, In addition to the information that maccscruff has offered, are you registered at the main site? If you have received a recent pre-sale e-mail notification and/or the recent newsletter (What's That You're Doing?), you are indeed registered. It is this e-mail address at which you received the pre-sale notification and newsletter that you will use to sign in at the main site to access the pre-sale. If you have not received these items or are unsure, please note that you must be registered by a given deadline to participate in pre-sales. If you have not yet registered at the main site, you may do so here: http://www.paulmccartney.com/component/signup If you wish to do so, you may register in advance with CrowdSurge here: http://www.crowdsurge.com/index.php?menu=custlogin CrowdSurge Homepage: http://www.crowdsurge.com/index.php These are the forms of payment that CrowdSurge accepts: http://www.crowdsurge.com/index.php?menu=faq

2: Fellow small person! Just my $.02 . . .unless you are willing to spring for the Hot Sound pkg and get in Rows 3-6, I'd definitely go for something in one of the side sections close to the stage. I had 2nd row at KC in 2010 in the first side section PM.com offered in the pre-sale and I was actually closer to the stage than the front row . . . off a bit to the side tho. Here's a link to the pics I took if you're interested in seeing the view https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.450541396421.236862.725406421&type=1&l=699636807f I just did floor seats for Bon Jovi last week (no flaming please . . .I'd be at a Paul show if he were coming close enough!) I had 3rd row center outside the pit (the pit is 6 short rows so counting that I was 9th row from the main stage) I had a bit of trouble seeing the band when they were on the main stage. When Jon came out on the catwalk right in front of me, of course, my view was pretty fabulous
