Vee-Jay also put out a double album: The Beatles vs The Four Seasons in Aug 1964. I remember it because a friend of mine had it.

Paul’s MPL owns some of the publishing of the Four Seasons including SHERRY.

I checked and MPL also has "Big Girls Don't Cry" by Claridge Music Company, a division of their music publishing. But those are the only 2 Four Seasons songs that I found which have an association with MPL.
