Out of those, I only have the solo Beatles ones and The Moody Blues “Octave.”

I disagree about Mind Games and RRS.

Okay, my quick two cents.  Yes, I know that Band On The Run was released in December 1973, but it became a huge hit in 1974, so IMO, it is a 1974 album, and yes, it was basically played all year on Pop, classic, and album rock stations.  BOTR owned 1974, and yet Rolling Stone gives the honor to Jackson Browne???

"If you want the Beatles, go see Wings"-George Harrison 1974

"This is for all the Wings fans!" - McCartney introducing "1985" for the first time on American soil (Phoenix 2010)

Here's my changes for the best classic Rock Albums every year since 1966!

1966 - I LOVE PET SOUNDS but I think REVOLVER was better!

1974 - Jackson Browne was okay but ROBIN TROWER'S BRIDGE OF SIGHS was better!

1992 - I LOVE THE REVENGE album by KISS but GUN N" ROSES' USE YOUR ILLUSION'S 1 & 2 was better!

What do you think SurSteven or anybody?

Eagles, The Long Run? False. That is one of their best albums.
