The ASCAP/MPL Paul McCartney Scholarship for Best Arrangement

Has anyone posted about this before? This sounds like a wonderful opportunity for aspiring composers and arrangers. The deadline is September 13, 2019, and the prize for best new arrangement of a song (either composed or co-written by Paul) is $5,000. You have to be under 30 to enter.
