Anyone Want to Split the Cost of a Charity Bid to Meet Paul?

maccascruff:
Yes. For that kind of money, since they are flying the winners in, hotel should be included. That is why I am not bidding.
Yeah, that's the reason.

Like I have the money to bid--not!

Here is one that includes air fare. http://www.ebay.com/itm/172235039385
This one has ended; winning bid: $36,585.00!

That's what I would have wanted...a quick meet and greet with Paul and photo taken with him I would not have asked anything more than that Unlikely I will ever get that chance.
-
I'd need a hug too!

That is one of the auctions (Charity Buzz) that we've been talking about here. They've had a couple auctions already and it went for $31,000 on the most recent. The eBay one was even higher. CB has one more coming up that ends on the 30th and another ending a week after that.

No, this is through Charity Folks (different group). I have confused them before, too.

One of the new CharityBuzz' is specifically for MetLife but does not include a meet & greet; interesting as it says it was donated by "Nancy McCartney." The other one is the same as the previous two, meet/greet for any city.

Well, she gets 2 tickets automatically for every show, so she is just donating them to the charity.

But she can't donate 5 minutes of her husband's time, too?

All I want is the hug. No autograph, just a hug.

No photo with him?!

Anybody know what the last Charitybuzz winning bid was? Hopefully someone on here got it. (Nancy and Terry)

There was a glitch in the bidding. I'm in contact with the Customer Concierge. Details at 11.

I was watching during the last few minutes and it was $20,000+ something; it was definitely under $21,000. But I had to step away from my computer and when I got back, the lot had closed. So assuming nobody swooped in at a higher number, looks like it closed well under $30K, unlike the last two auctions! and yes, hopefully somebody here was the winner?

For me both a hug and a photograph would satisfy me I'd be set for life if I had that...don't need no autograph But as for me keep dreamin because I highly doubt I'll ever get that chance. I can only have that chance in my dreams that I have of him constantly.
