Thanks gianna & jonathan. I somehow missed that last sentence trying to figure out the blurb about the vouchers! Now, I just hope the refund process goes smoothly. I didn't request a voucher either.

They're going to vote on about mid July. There are very good possibilities the amendment will be passed, so let's be patient a few more days.

I heard from my bank today about the credit card dispute I started. They asked for some additional details then issued a temporary credit to my account. They will contact the merchant and if they don't get a response in 7 days, the credit will be applied. Who knows what will happen, but at least they've acknowledged the issue.
What credit card do you have?
I'm still waiting for the answer from mine.
It's a Chase Visa.
.
You now have excellent chances of being refounded.
I'm still waiting for my cc to answer, but surely either by the cc or by Ticketone we will all be reimbursed

Just received a refund of 401 Euros for the VIP part of the Lucca package from PayPal. Hopefully the remaing 129 Euros for the actual ticket will be forthcoming shortly! Still no word on any refund from the Napoli show. I just bought a regular ticket for that concert. So things are moving but slowly.

This morning in the Senato they are discussing the decree law that had been approved by the Camera. They will certainly approve it and therefore the decree law will return to the Camera for conversion into law.

The discussion of the many amendments, that had been tabled, resumes today in the Senato.
As soon as I have definite news, I will write it.

HURRAY!
Relaunch Decree With 159 votes in favor, 121 against and no abstention, the Senato, this morning, definitively approved bill no. 1874, of conversion into law. Now the DL will return to the Camera for the settlement in law!

The yesterday's Gazzetta Ufficiale was published on July 17 2020, n.77 of conversion of the DL 34/2020, and therefore it is in force today.
In particular, in paragraph 11 of art. 183 it is clearly specified that “in case of definitive cancellation of the concert, the organizer will immediately reimburse with refund of the amount paid "Translated by Google
"Paragraph 2 is replaced by the following "2. Subjects buyers submit, within thirty days of the date of entry into force of this decree, or from the different date of the communication of the impossibility of the performance, a specific request refund to the organizer of the event, also for the through the sales channels used by the latter, attaching the relevant purchase order. The organizer of the event provides the refund or issue of a voucher equal to the price of the purchase certificate, to be used within 18 months of issue. The issue of the vouchers provided for in this paragraph absolves i related repayment obligations and does not require any form of acceptance by the recipient. The concert organizer of light music provides, however, for the reimbursement of purchase, with restitution of the sum paid to the subjects buyers, upon expiration of the validity period of the voucher when the performance of the artist originally planned is canceled, without reference to another date included in the same period of validity of the voucher. In case of definitive cancellation of the concert, the organizer will refund immediately with refund of the amount paid »

Did you buy your tickets from TicketOne? Did you request a voucher or what did you write to them that they gave you refunds?

I bouhgt through Ticketone.it. I did send in the forms for the voucher, too. I kept a detailed record of all my e-mails to Ticketone and D'A e G with their arrogant replies and sent copies to my credit card company, PayPal as well as making a nuisance more than daily of myself to the European Central bank and trade commisssion. In essence I made it known to both Ticketone and D'A e G that I was not going to let this matter go without full refunds. In the end the credit card company sided with me and I think D'A e G got tired of dealing with me. That as well as the decree being changed this week. So keep pestering them! Be a pain in their arse if necessary.

I received this in an email from ticketone. I'm pasting both original italian version and the google translated to english version. The later makes no sense to me because it seem to want ME to wire transfer additional funds to them!?!?

After getting the above email, I went to the ticketone.it site, and it appears that you can submit a refund request now!
I didn't attempt it, since my bank already provided a refund to my cc. I messaged them, asking how to proceed. But for any of you folks who didn't dispute through your bank, looks like you can apply for a REAL refund!
Good luck to all who purchased, to get the appropriate refund.

Does anybody have a link to where we apply for the refund?... I cant find it on the site ... or has it been removed?

I don't remember now exactly how I found it, and it was difficult. I do remember it was "how to apply for a refund for cancelled concerts" or something like that. There was also a link to a list of those that were cancelled and I verified both Italy shows were there.
