My sister lives in Dallas and is trying to decide between this concert and the OKC concert. However, she is in a wheelchair and will have to have handicapped seats. Does anyone know how you buy those seats? Do you have to call the arena?

Guess the Louisiana crowds aren't into periscoping as much as other cities have been. Which is understandable, they may all just want to watch and soak it all in.
