I have been waiting for a concert announcement close to home. I've been to the last two in Seattle and do not plan on missing this one in Vancouver! Presale info will be? (joined the premium just to get that announcement). Who's the ticket seller in Vancouver? I need to make sure I have my account set up for that ahead of time.

Hi everybody, first timer poster here.. I am, like you, beyond excited for a chance to finally see this man perform live. Looking at the ticketmaster site, however, I grow confused as to the nature of these "Hot Ticket Packages". I would have assumed that this was just an opportunity to spend some extra cash and secure a great seat along with some drinks and appies and trinkets, etc, but in addition to the Hot Ticket Package sale, which starts at the same time as the general public sale, there is also a Hot Ticket Package _pre_sale which starts a couple days earlier (and would appear to be the earliest presale offered). This makes me assume that I would need a password of some kind to access the presale. Is anyone familiar with how these "packages" work? How does one gain access to the presale? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Hope to see some of you at the show, it is going to be great...

Hey, I'm out of the Edmonton show... lets just say, I likely would have flown out to Vancouver for the show if Edmonton wasn't added. Closest in years! I'm also confused to this also. Is there anyone we could talk to about this? I'm not sure if the venue would know anything, but perhaps we can get the attention of the official Paul McCartney people, that might help... I'm not sure exactly what I'm doing. I just want awesome seats and spend a fortune on this. I don't want to miss out! It would be so unfair...

Okay, I've gotten more information. Just had to leave a comment over at the Live Nation Alberta Facebook page. There's apparently a "Hot Ticket Package presale" or something for Wednesday at 10 am... I'm not sure what that is when I saw it on the Ticketmaster site, so I left a message with them inquiring. It is posted on the Edmonton one about this: Edmonton Ticketmaster Information They said they would have information for me as soon as they could about that, so at least I'm keeping on top of this as much as possible. I also now finally have premium membership, because you never know, I suppose. But yeah. I suspect you guys could leave a message at the Live Nation Western Canada page (looks like BC) and perhaps get some details regarding stuff.

Presales always worry me, because I'm usually lacking the information to deal with them accordingly and it doesn't give us enough time to make decisions. Especially when there's an announcement... and then a few days later presales. Freaks the hell out of me. Especially for Paul McCartney. Been waiting awhile and was too poor for Montreal at the time when he came up. I'm not sure if it's weird, but because of all the new agents dealing with this... and then it happening quickly and then the presales up fast as well. Leaves me with a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but I'm happy that Paul is coming! Nothing can beat that! Enjoy your Vancouver one! I would figure perhaps a few of you may find your way up here for our show... even with no difference in set list, I've known a few friends to travel around to see as many shows as they possibly can, without going completely bankrupt. -

Nope, that's for the Paul McCartney site here. They ship you a bunch of stuff, too. But, they do speak of extra member stuff, so it's something if you're willing to invest $60 in ($50 USD, but with $10 USD shipping attached) and I did read about extra information and stuff about some VIP stuff which I have seen and read about in the past.

Nope, that's for the Paul McCartney site here. They ship you a bunch of stuff, too. But, they do speak of extra member stuff, so it's something if you're willing to invest $60 in ($50 USD, but with $10 USD shipping attached) and I did read about extra information and stuff about some VIP stuff which I have seen and read about in the past.
I would also like to mention that they do post information, but I'm not sure what's really going on here myself. So I'm just trying to cover all of my bases. Maybe there will be a presale code in there? I'm not sure.

Assuming no concerts are added for Seattle/Portland, anyone wanting to go to Vancouver, remember you need a US passport card for ground travel in and out of Canada, and a full passport for air travel.

I think it's too late for this presale for you to get Premium membership! Some of the presales (for the VIP seats) start the day before the regular presale. When do the Vancouver tickets go on sale?

Tix on sale Sept 14..presale sept 12, but no details yet...looks like presale for st loo and houston shows are Sept 13...puzzled by lack of information!!!!

sweet...i checked out the st loo and houston concerts on sale now...link works fine...appears tix going fast...now i gotta figure out if I want the VIP package...I think front row is $2,000 each...not sure...
