Woo-Hoo! Lucky you!

I think there's at least one where Paul is singing live and is playing a live Les Paul. I need to look around. I've only been aware of this song for only three or four yrars, believe it or not.
Believable. It was a Christmas single in the UK in1987 so was on the radio there, and I remember the video was on Top of The Pops, but I don't think it was ever released in the US or played much here.

We got our tickets too! That was FAST!
-
Really fast was it TM or Crowd Surge??
-
I'm too distrustful of the mail. I printed mine. And they're under lock and key in Fort Knox.

That's how I was with my Elton John/Billy Joel tix in '09...it was the first time I paid over $100 for a concert ticket...needless to say, it is framed on my wall. But seriously...it is. ops:

They regard these as "obstructed view" but they might not be that bad.

Ohhh...I dunno, depends on the side and what you wanna see. We were offered upgrades at Fedex Field and were literally right on the corner of the stage, BUT because of the screen you could not see Brian or the piano, so we took our front row seats of the topmost tear of the stadium, and had a blast in our $30 seats!
-
Yeah, I understand. I often sit at the side of the stage but as a result can't fully appreciate the big screen visuals. This time I will be at the opposite end of the arena. Paul won't be able to see me wave but it should be OK.

The closest I've been to the stage is Centre Ice along the side, with the stage at the end. Even my FLOOR seats to see The Beatles I was 13 rows back, and didn't see much with everyone standing on the seats in front of me. I was only 12 and too short to see over anyone.

I remember at Solders Field on 89/90 tour, being 16 r0ws back from the stage and still not being able to see much. I think I had the Chicago Bulls standing in front of me.

Lucky you to get to see the Beatles all three years they came to Toronto.
