I also wish I was in Houston right now.
i do too. Monday I missed my connecting flight and was stuck in Dallas for a bit, I had thought s of renting a car and just going for it. But I am way to responsible these days. I need this job to help have another trip in the future. Major Macca withdrawals have begun!

I only recorded one song in full as the video police were hovering over our end of the aisle, but here is Helter Skelter, just with my Iphone but I think it turned out pretty awesome http//

Can anyone give me a complete list of the songs played at soundcheck? I tried looking through this thread and got a few but I would like them in one spot. You ccould even private message me. I really remember Honey Don't, Walking with my baby down by the San Francisco bay and Midnight Special...of course Yesterday, All MY loving...Calico Skies, My Valentine, Lady Madonna...Something, DAnce Tonight....but then my mind goes blank. Thanks to any who send me a list. What a bloody brilliant time I had on Sunday. I heard the soundcheck was larger than ever....I thought more like 150 in numbers not 300. But being a first time hot sound package buyer, I really was happy with all of it. I hope someday I'll be able to do it again.

Yes I agree, I feel like I got a little bit of a bad deal due to some health problems, I did not go out but once for anything other than the show itself in the last two days. Sat night went with my nephew to dinner at the Hard Rock. So I too have some withdrawals going on. Loved the show however. I personally thought there was mistakes made but I always love the Macca show no matter if there are some mistakes, especially in the first show of a tour, and essentially that was what it was.

I actually think Paul should start doing cds of his shows live. Peter Frampton did that last year on his tour. Got the soundboard of his show here in Memphis within minutes of the show being over...
vaca2012:
Anyone have a DVD of the entire show of know of one being sold anywhere. My 15 year old is stalking talking about it 3 days later and it would be a great Christmas present for her.

Crowded House have done a similar thing too, sometimes CD's other times USB sticks of the gig. I'm seeing Squeeze on Saturday and Glenn and Chris from the band are selling CD's and USB's of the show right after it finishes, should be fun, but chaotic.

Thats a very good idea

Elton does that, they sell a CD of the concert just after the end. The CD misses the very last songs of the concert, but you get sort of a code that will let you download those songs. U2 did a similar thing, I think.

Here is the setlist I was given by security at the show. "My Valentine" omitted.

Mistakes are what makes each show unique. They hadn't played a full concert since May. Paul said that at sound check. It showed a few times. I wish I had met more people. I wish other things I won't get in to here.

Yes, I was not disappointed, I expected some and like I said it is still McCartney....

I did not meet anybody from the board, but that was mostly my fault becuse I had lunch with a friend at the Hard Rock, and then got back to my room and relaxed before the concert. I wish my seat was closer, but I got what I could afford. Oh well next time will be better. Still was a great concert, and I thought McCartney rocked.

Yeah, I totally wasn't expecting them to let us in the lobby! It was so wonderful to get to hear (obstructed as it was) songs he didn't play at the concert. Speaking of songs he played at the concert...have a little Junior's Farm!
Why does that video say Tulsa?

Awesome pics Wallie, congratulations! What camera do you have and how much zoom does it have?
Thanks. It's a Canon PowerShot, with a 40x zoom on it.
Please put the pics somewhere with a public page! I'd love to see more! Gotta love that ZOOM!
I don't know if folks can see these, but here are all of my pictures from the show (located on my Facebook): http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151293468926181.521263.589996180&type=3
It says content unavailable (even after I sign in)

Pearl Jam have been doing it for years now, as well. Of course, they mix up their setlists a lot more than Paul, so it makes sense to release multiple live CD's...
