Paul, Minute Maid Park, Houston, November 14th - ARCHIVE

I'm very excited. Just wish the tix would come. New grandson due to be born on 11-1 so a lot is happening to be excited about.
-
Okay, Vancouver concert goers have gotten their crowd surge tickets. If they don't come in by monday, I will be giving them a call.
-
An FYI: If I recall correctly, Crowd Surge is located in the UK and that is where Customer Service is located. Try emailing them now.

FYI "Hi Jena Good afternoon, sir. I am responding to your inquiry to our Customer Service staff about parking for the Paul McCartney concert on Wednesday, November 14. Unfortunately, we are completely sold out of parking in the Minute Maid Park lots. This includes Lots A, B & C, as well as the Diamond Lot. There are, however, multiple private lots (both surface and covered) on all four sides of our stadium. The most economical might well be the parking at the George R. Brown Convention and Visitors Center, with entry off of Avenue De Las Americas. This facility is one the SE side of Minute Maid Park. Again, multiple lots on the North, South and West sides will also be aggressively vying for your parking, with fees probably ranging from $50 to $5 dependent upon location and proximity to the stadium."

A show of hands on who is going to Houston?
-
My husband and I are going to Houston (if the tix would ever arrive. LOL).
-
I bet Paul will play "Midnight Special" specially for Houston.
-
I will be there on the 14th row of the floor. I am counting down the days!! I am so excited, but disappointed in my fellow Texans. Expected a sell out and more enthusiasm. Don't know what's going on around here. We usually show him a lot of love. Guess I will have to give him a little extra love myself.
-
So is the concert sold out yet or still tickets available? surprising if there is ticket still for sale.
-
Macca Report claims that the show is sold out when there are still tickets on Ticketmaster. not even the Floor seats are sold out. Isn't it a pity?...

Time to get excited, finally its November. I will be in the 3rd row!!!!! and will show him as much extra love as I think I can get away with. I hope he still flirts with the crowd like he use to, so much fun, more than I ever have at any concert.

Jill & Ellen are Houston, 1st Row Soundcheck. I'm in St. Louis but Jill doesn't come on the boards. I will pass along any of your names and locations to them if you want to let me know where you'll be. And, if you know me, let me know who all of our crew is in Houston, too, please. Thanks for the help.

Does anyone need a single ticket to Houston? I have ONE extra ticket to see Paul at Houston Minute Maid Park, Nov 14. purchased on Ticketmaster. I paid $203 including fees. Seat location Section 110, Row 1 This seat is in the first row of the section right off the field. I am selling the ticket for $150. I will also consider best offer. I bought another ticket on the floor, and so I no longer need this ticket. Please note this is an E-TICKET (from Ticketmaster "Ticketfast"), available for immediate delivery. I am a long term member of this board and I hope someone can use this ticket. Email bethm@mail.com if you are interested. Paypal payment only.

Has anyone received their tix from CrowdSurge yet. I live in the Northeast and I'm leavng early Saturday morning 10th for St Louis show; that is 7 days away! I looked at the address from which the St Louis tix were sent and it was West 27th Street in NYC; they have been out of power all week below 34th street and supposedly just got it back last night. However, even if they were sending out tickets last week that is just cutting it too close. They should know their clientele are people that are likely to travel extensively to see the artists they handle. It should be 4 weeks before a show, not 2 to 4 weeks because of things exactly like this! I'm sure they will blame the venue for not dispatching the tickets. I haven't had any problems with them in the past, and will be giving careful consideration next go round.

This is a mess. If I were you I would call them this morning. When this happened to me in Cardiff I had the ticket sent to my hotel. It was done safely, signed receipts & all. Do call them. I don't like CrowdSurge either.

The tickets actually are mailed from Arkansas, so the storm should not be an issue and customer service is, as I understand it, in the UK. You probably should contact them.

Also: Topic: "CrowdSurge sending out tickets..." started in September here ( just a few topics down from this one). Looks like you already know the answers to your questions, & theres lots of people complaining about crowdscourge .
