QueenBee:
When did Rusty and Renee get married?
Just after the secret gigs in summer 2007.

I did not realise what age Rusty is! I was just doing a little reading and I think he is looking terrific. I seriously thought he was only about 30. ops:
Hey, I knew Rusty in high school - sawhis band Eulogy play at friends' birthday parties in La Habra and used to talk to him about rock 'n roll over lunch in the high school quad - he was a big Genesis fan back then. Band on the Run had just come out. I just turned 30 in May

Yikes! The SF concert is TOMORROW!!! It just snuck up on me, with no packing and no flights to catch, it feels kinda odd... like it's not totally real! Yippee... it's a happy Friday...
Hope you had a great time, Kristi!

Thanks, Kimsey! I'm sure I don't have to tell you that I did! You most likely read my remarks on Brian's thread. I wish I could have made the weather more welcoming for the guys; it's been a chilly week, and the wind, etc. probably didn't help with the technical issues. I learned one thing; as you go through life it never hurts to carry along a spare piano...

Paul and the Band had their 200th performance together yesterday in Salt Lake City. Congrats to them! They are the best band! http://www.paulmccartney.com/news.php#/1981/2010-07

And I just heard that they are planning 200 more...we'll be going to see these guys until 2020! I wonder which show they consider the first one. Rusty' first with Paul was Adopt a Minefield in June 2001. I was lucky to be there, and it's where I first found out that he was playing with Paul. They debuted the song "Driving Rain" - had only just recorded it days before. Too cool! Rusty's been walking on clouds ever since.

I was sure you would have a great time. I know what you mean about the spare piano:

Yeah, they had a few tiny difficulties that night -- gremlins -- but it's kind of fun to see that stuff, somehow, it's so rare. As Paul pointed out, it brings it home that what you are seeing is REAL. Also it made me realize just how fabulous Pablo and the crew folks are -- this is the only time that I have seen anything like that go wrong really in *all* of Paul's concerts that I have been to. They really are the best at what they do, and for a real live 2 1/2 hour show, (that no one else practically ever even tries to put on anymore), from the audience viewpoint they are nearly always perfect; sound, lights, screens, instruments, etc. , Wow.

Do we think Rusty straightens his hair!? lol

You're so lucky to have seen Rusty's first show with Paul and to have known him for so long. Would be great if they could tour till 2020. Macca gigs are so addictive... it's never enough... each and every gig seems and feels so perfect yet they keep getting better all the time. I do hope that I can see them again this year in Europe.

Oh, it's cool. Love the sundial... noticed still no lyrics,yet... but the guitar porn was entertaining in the video links ... and the gallery was good. I thought that the black and white shots were cool; the one with Rusty and Wix and then the one of Abe. I think that might be the coolest photo of Abe that I have seen. And the site makes sense -- I mean, it's clear what things are but it's also got an original twist -- Nice!

Guess we should post the site, for those who might not know; http://www.rustyanderson.com/
