Well, Buena suerte with that! I'll keep my kidney and my hard earned money and listen to John Lennon's Imagine CD!!
You can't go wrong with that one! Superb album. I recommend the new HD bluray audio edition.
I'll stick with my original purchase, I listen mainly in my car, and all the remixing and re-issuing is lost on the small speakers.

And I will no longer spend my hard earned on "product" from "Paul - the company."
That's a pretty small minded attitude. It's only you that are missing out. And one of these days you may be kicking yourself for not going to see him while you still could.
-
It is small minded to blindly follow a pop star no matter what he or she does. That goes for following politicians too. It's perfectly ok to say, "I don't like what this artist is doing anymore so I will spend my money on something else."

I have been one of Paul's most ardent fans. I have seen many shows here and since 2007, have flown overseas each year to see him in many countries. Most recently, Dodger Stadium and Candlestick Park.

Exactly. I don't owe Paul McCartney anything!

Yes. Paul is a company that is out there to make the most profit. Period.
I understand that. But how do the Rolling Stones play Argentina, Australia, and Albuquerque, but Paul McCartney doesn't?
And when the Stones postponed their tour here earlier this year, they had a real reason. And they were true to their word. They did indeed postpone, and not only returned to play but moreover, added extra shows. Mick even apologises on stage to the fans "for making you wait." That's how it's done. They are just as much a corporation as Paul. The Rolling Stones: integrity...respect.

The Stones were supposed to perform here in February but they cancelled because of money issues. If they're so nice they should come to poor bankrupt countries like mine and play for free

So if Paul pulled a "Gary Glitter" or a "Jimmy Saville" you wouldn't like his music anymore?
-
I've never understood the people who come on here and all they do is seem to complain - whether it's the songs in his setlist, his tour stops, how his voice is not what it once was, etc. Clearly everyone has a right to their opinion. Just not sure what would make someone want to come online to a fan site message board and post such negative and critical messages. Whatever, I won't let the negativity bring me down. To each their own.
-
He usually begins touring around April, so maybe the rumors will start again closer to that time.

Ask me when he does. If I didn't, I would be perfectly within my rights to choose not to.

Of course Mr. Martinez, The US is a free country

Carlos...keeping the peace!

"Listen to what the man said."
-
You mean listen to what the FAN said. It's shocking how unhappy some people get if anyone criticizes McCartney.

Again... A cancellation is a cancellation. When is a "postponement" a cancellation? When Paul McCartney uses the word to reneg on a commitment. Melbourne, Horsens, South Korea and arguably Japan fans have every right to feel aggrieved. Fans in the Americas are very fortunate. Yes I KNOW why he tours those regions continually...it is what is is. That still doesn't make it fair for fans elsewhere around the world. It makes it prudent for Paul and Marshall Arts, but it's still not fair.
-
I didn't hear any of you complain from the time Paul was born to 1993 when Paul dared to come down to South America for a tour. I didn't hear any of you complain when Paul didn't come back to South America for 17 years (!!!!) after 1993. Now that he's been making up for it these past few years you bitch and complain. That's life, folks. A rollercoaster
-
Jeez, just drop the attitude and have some sympathy.

It's not my job to complain about McCartney not touring in Argentina. That's your job. Mine is to complain about him not performing in New Mexico since 1993. And I think I am pretty damn good at my job!!
