Cool about Whole Foods! but I wonder if you were hearing a recording of Monkberry Moon Delight while you were in the bathroom, sometimes venues pipe in music in the hallways, because I really am doubtful that he did Monkberry during soundcheck...
Maybe he's rehearsing to sing it in Budapest? He could also start rehearsing "Back Seat Of My Car" to do it in Mexico City!

If that was done during soundcheck, then anything really is possible. But I'm not holding my breath.

They probably played music during the dinner there...maybe that's where it was coming from.

well for some reason my last message did not post. oobu, yes Paul was In Sound Check, cause I was their looking at him in sound check, around 150 people were in their, and every song was Applauded. and he was singing Monkberry moon delite! oh stage! I was singing with him their LIVE! was only their to use the facilities, so I was only in the Lower Level for maybe 10 minuets. yes and the VIP's Were dining in the VIP Lounge. then they received their Black "OUT THERE" Backpacks! then outside the Venue you could hear Paul in soundcheck, just a little. the main thing you could hear were the VIP's clapping!

Doesn't anyone have the soundcheck setlist?

I haven't seen one yet; Jorie had Macca Reporters at the main show but I guess they were not at soundcheck so she doesn't have the setlist, either. I would think that if he did play the song, one of the 150 VIPs there would have known the song and reported it to Jorie, or the Examiner, or someone? It's just such an "out there" choice for him to pull out at soundcheck all of a sudden, and maccalindandme can't be the only person there who heard it? :

I would think if Monkberry Moon Delight had been played, we would be seeing it all over the internet.

Soundcheck started around 5:30- 5:45. and in my opinion, lasted about an hour . I missed almost half of it, but I was there when it started, and there when it ended. I have been to a few sound checks and they have never lasted as long as some are reporting.

Not when I was there. Unfortunately, there was nobody at sound check that I recognized to ask what songs were played that I missed. The first one that I ever attended that circumstances made me miss some of the sound check. Sorry, I wish I could give you a definitive answer. My opinion is no MMB.

Paul arrived at the Venue at 5:30. the sound check started about in A few minuets after that. in KC. then the sound check ended at 7:13 PM. then the doors were opened about 8 minuets after that. and the concert was over about,11:49 PM. and yes when I went into the venue to use the facilities, he was playing Monkberry moon delight. he would stop the music, , he said, gonna do it right, to the audience, he then said 123, then started up again, yes it was live, when I saw him on stage. I was in their 10 min. and no one on any Beatle list that I know of, went to the Concert. to pass on the info of the sound check! let's hope the someone post what they saw and heard. too! ANYBODY OUT THEIR"? Post the sites and sounds you witnessed!

You are very lucky to have entered the venue early at actually saw Paul performing on stage before the actual show. If I remember correctly you said you did not purchase sound check tickets. Maybe I should ask to "use the facilities" next time, it would be cheaper than forking out $1500.

You can sometimes gain early entry if the venue's box office is located inside. In St. Louis we were fortunate to be allowed in when it was raining and could hear what was being played but not what he was saying.
