@oobu24 Paul needs to have that thing by his right eye looked at and removed! He has other blemishes that could be easily removed with cryotherapy (I speak from personal experience - an MD did the procedure - about 15 spots for $150 and I went back twice because one or two treatments isn’t enough. Had bought a $100 gift card for $50, so the whole deal was $400 and I was very pleased with the results.)

It’s not sunken! I zoomed in on it and it is like a skin tag or small lipoma. Definitely convex, not concave.
In the last (older) photo you posted it looks like there are 3 of them near the dark spot. The dark area does look a bit sunken, but that isn’t what I’m referring to. -

I think that's an area (both sides) where he's had some work done. And his right eye is always bothering him. He rubs it sometimes in concert.

Like I’ve said before, if he’s had “work done” he needs to sue his plastic surgeon or dermatologist! What he has is normal aging of the skin that some people get worse than others. Some people get wrinkles, some don’t until very advanced age. Some get age spots on their hands, some get them on their face. It’s all in your genes.
