Macca covers

Hi! I'm Rubén, from Madrid (Spain). I became a musician thanks to The Beatles and Paul. In fact, I have a band called "The McJestic Band" (you can check some videos on YouTube -we play with horn a string section-).
I guess there will be a lot of musicians here which, as me, learned to play thanks to Paul, so I thought it would be interesting to post here our covers, as we love and respect Paul so much ️.
I start:
Please, let me know your thoughts and share your links! I can't wait to see your videos! This can be amazing!
Cheers!

Great stuff! But how did they get drums and guitar to fit the original bridge? Cut and paste from other songs, or played by a tribute band, or what?

That bridge.... even if it was only for 20+ seconds would really have enhanced the song. I don't care if it was seen to be poor quality audio (although it sounded fine to me... I am no expert on sound). I think that bridge should've been included. Just an extra dimension. A wasted opportunity, on what is nevertheless a treat of a song.

@oobu24 Thank you for sharing! I recorded this at home. I was happy with the released track but I read so many comments asking for the missing bridge that I went ahead recording -and mixing it- retaining the original track feel and overall sound design. Happy to see it working for so many !

nal bridge? Cut and paste from other songs, or
Actually only Ringo's drums are taken from the original track. I recorded everything else. I just happen to be a fan of Paul's 97 - onwards sound (the 'Hog Hill Mill' sound) and I've practiced it for years, so I went ahead and recorded hofner bass, acoustic guitars, piano, tambourine, keyboards and a few harmonies following that idea.

Wow - you did a brilliant job!
So you're saying you played on the whole song or do you mean you just redid the bridge?

@oobu24 My question is to the Mod(s): Why is this post here? Now and Then is not a cover song by Macca!
