A photo montage of The Beatles rehearsing their August 14, 1965 taping of the Ed Sullivan Show, which was broadcast on Sept. 12, 1965. Among the photos (1:16) is the set up of Paul performing "Yesterday" with backing of a string section.
( As an aside, the accompanying music to the montage is not identified. In my opinion, I don't think that the background music to this video is from a Beatle jamming session, but if anyone knows otherwise, please let us know.)

That was great! Background music is not the Beatles imo.
