Hung up for 15 minutes in the pm.com "queue" and nothing coming back at all on Ticketmaster except lousy "silver" seats way in the back.

RE: USA VIP packages presale info - help?
VIP tickets tend to stay available a little longer given the steep price, even in the big cities. I would imagine they'll have some staying power in these cities, but who knows. Figure the best seats will start at about $700. Compared to other artists, the special souvenirs are not that special. But the experience is priceless!

RE: Who was the producer on Struggle?
Aipotu:
I think it's an absolutely fascinating song. It strikes me as a case of Paul both out-weirding and out-****ing Prince -- and showing just how connected some of these brilliant but eccentric geniuses all are.
Ha, who knew the word "funk" was censorable?

RE: Hidden Tracks Off the NEW album how many are there?
I'm blown away by Struggle. I love those obscure songs during which Paul gets his "freak" on. This is one of those. He out-weirds and out-funks another brilliant but eccentric one-man band here -- Prince.

RE: "New" Reviews
At the risk of reverse ageism, I thought this a remarkably astute and well-written piece given the writer's relative youth: http://www.columbiaspectator.com/2013/10/18/slightly-key-pondering-sir-pauls-longevity

RE: NEW On O'Reilly FOX Show
Figure he'll either rip or mock Paul given the support Paul has shown for Obama and vice versa over the years,

RE: "New" Reviews
I'd argue that this qualifies both as one of the biggest "victories" in term of landing a good review, and one of the very best, on target ones in it's own right: http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/18634-paul-mccartney-new/

RE: "New" Reviews
Entertainment Weekly has given it a glowing A- review (with nary a critical word) and the Chicago Tribune goes further with a full five stars and acknowledging what many of us have known for some time -- that Paul is a fearless and unrelenting experimenter.

Is it me, or was the arrangement of MMT much more "power pop" than normal -- almost more Wings-ish in style than the more whimsical 60s original?

Really loved the energy of "Save Me" -- might be one of those perfect for live, even more than studio.

Mark, I'm assuming you were able to get an SLR and lenses in? I had mine at Yankee, but assumed it wouldn't be allowed at Barclays. Incredible shots -- it's tough to to shoot a Paul show because the spots run so hot on his face!

I'll post some tonight!

Anyone got any more photos of this wonderful show? I'm glad you all had such a great time and that Paul was still WONDERFUL too! Thanks for sharing.

One of the more interesting things for me and my daughter was having Nancy stand near us during much of the show. Her father was in the seat across the aisle. She is very pretty in person, though skinny as a rail. She loves watching Paul sing, and was dancing a cheering along. Oddly, she left for a while, right as Paul was beginning My Valentine!

Well, even more importantly, they flashed me and my daughter on the screen at least four times during the singalong!
Benf207:
Wow, Paul absolutely killed it tonight, he nailed Maybe I'm Amazed. They flashed Jerry Seinfeld, Martin Scorsese, Jimmy Fallon and Paul Rudd on the screens during Hey Jude too.

Who thinks Billy Joel will come along?
I don't think so... not this time..
Please God, no. Never again.

RE: What is the youngest age you would take your child?
I think my son was 9 when we took him to see Paul at CitiField. The only problem really was the length -- 2 hours 45 minutes is tough at that age! (And not enough at my age...)

Section F2 row 12, seats 13-14 worth it, I think
Did you get that through a VIP package? Or regular pricing?
VIP -- wasn't pulling good floor through the pre-sale. These are at least twice as good as wehat was showing, and almost twice as expensive!

You know it's worth it
It is pretty much center, so that's great. my 10th Paul concert and my 17 year old daughter's 5th if we count Ringo's 70th!
