RE: Paul with little ones - advice please?
In 2011, I brought my 3 year old to 2 shows at Yankee Stadium. I also brought sound protection for her. We didn't do sound check or anything like that and really didn't arrive to the stadium until close to the start of the show. We sat up in the stands for both shows (the furthest I've ever sat at any Paul shows). It worked out fine. There were a couple of potty breaks, but my daughter had fun while she was awake. She was up dancing and singing along until she was tired and fell asleep. I'd say she was up for the first half of the first show and 3/4 of the second show. She was still small enough for me to carry her in a child carrier on my back so it was easy for me to get around with the crowds with her asleep on my back. I also had good friends with me at the show so that helped. My daughter still talks about the shows. I'm glad I took her. Both of us enjoyed the shows and no one in the audience was disturbed by her attending.

Hi there, So sorry to hear that you missed the Candlestick show. What a nightmare! I'm from SD, but moved away 14 years ago. I have never been to Petco, but the stadium is in downtown. I'm guessing it's pretty easy to get to if you're staying in downtown or take the trolley in. Given what you've experienced, I'm going to make sure my family and I give ourselves plenty of time to get to the show. It's also on Sunday so there won't be the normal rush hour traffic that you were stuck in as well. I hope this helps!

There are a limited number of presale tickets thru CrowdSurge right now. The link is on Facebook.

RE: Possible to Exchange Tickets
My brother and sister in-law aren't able to go to the New Orleans rescheduled show too, but because they bought their tickets on stubhub, they have to sell them themselves. Stubhub doesn't offer refunds for postponed shows.

Local news just reported tickets will go up to $253. Now that sounds more like it. I am sure Ticketmaster will be updating those prices soon.
Aw!!! I was hoping a break on those ticket prices! Oh well...

RE: Age Minimums?
Hi, I took my 3 year old daughter to two shows at Yankee Stadium back in 2011. She enjoyed the shows, but I made sure to bring sound protecting earphones for her. It was quite easy with her during the show - only took her to the bathroom once each show and then after. She fell asleep about half way for each show but was fine. The difficulty for me was getting thru the subway crowds after the shows. Luckily, I had very good friends with me to surround me so she wouldn't get crushed as I carried her in a baby carrier on my back. The Ergo was my best friend those days when she was little - I could take her anywhere very easily. Feel free to message me if you want any further tips or if you have questions. Each child is different though so you have to know whether or not your child can handle a 3 hour show. My daughter has traveled quite a bit with me alone so I knew she'd be fine to take. I haven't taken her to more shows only because of the cost and because I would like to get the best possible seats. Best of luck to you!

I have hit the look for tickets so many times for this concert today that I am now locked out of Ticketmaster with a 403 code. I called ticketmaster and asked them what was up. Their response is I tried to purchase tickets too many times so I'm locked out for 24 hours, it's to prevent scalping! Even though I didn't buy a single ticket today!
That sucks!!

I just googled capacity and it's 17,500. Anyone have any idea how to get the password for the presale for Friday?
What presale are you referring to?
Friday's presale for Albany: Promoter/Radio/Venue Presale Start: Fri, 04/11/14 10:00 AM EDT End: Sun, 04/13/14 10:00 PM EDT If anyone knows if they'll require a password and is willing to share, I would appreciate it.
Sounds like a presale for radio stations to give tickets away
Oh okay...I am bummed that I couldn't score a decent ticket yet. I will try for Monday.
I have two I'm selling at face value in the lower section if anyone is interested
Sending you a pm.

I ended up with Albany tix, when I was trying to get Pittsburgh. Clicked the Pittsburgh link, but it took me to Albany. Didn't even notice until tonight. It's a couple hours further away, but Saturday makes it doable. Weird.
Congrats! Will you still try for Pittsburgh tix and try to sell your Albany tix?

In 2011, I traveled with my 3 year old to NYC to see two shows at Yankee stadium. It was VERY hot and humid and because of the crowds on the subway, I carried her the entire time on my back in a baby carrier. Those Ergo carriers are the best! I brought her some ear muffs to protect her ears, but for most of the show (each night) she was fine. About 2/3 way through, she fell asleep on my lap. I was up in the stands where we could sit instead of stand. It was the furthest I've ever sat at Paul shows and the first time I've actually sat down! haha I think you've received some great advice to bring some things that will keep your child/ren busy and give them naps before the shows. Enjoy! I recently went to DC and did not take my now 5 year old to the show and am so glad I didn't. It felt a bit crazy and disorganized getting in and out and my daughter is now much heavier than she was 2 years ago so I wouldn't have been able to carry her the same way. As mentioned by someone else, only you know your child/ren and know what you can or cannot handle.
DaisyL, I have the Ergo carrier, my husband already told me....if we go, please take the carrier !!! Thanks for helping !
You're welcome. Those Ergo's are the best! If you have a child 4 or under, definitely bring it with you. It is a lifesaver! I think I ordered the earmuffs on Amazon for about $20. When my daughter was tired she took them off so I just covered her ears with my hands, but it is important to protect little ears so I highly recommend getting the earmuffs.
