I did see that one genuine fan; Peter from these boards, got a ticket in A3 for the second night of the o2. I couldn't get anything that decent so didn't bother.

RE: Why has Glasgow been missed out?
I'd also been wondering that. The SSE Hydro is the world's no. 2 venue so it makes sense he'd want to see it for himself.

Bob, your spare tickets have already sold! I rang up trying to buy one and they're already gone again.

RE: London, Birmingham, Liverpool Pre-sale thread

Maybe Paul could invite UK fans on his website to buy one ticket each to a special UK fan-only show. That would be wonderful. Wonder how big it would have to be? Better still, Paul could do a whole stint of them - one every week or so - so that everybody could get a chance to see him in a small venue. He could play his new album or a kind of McCartney less-played song symphony at the small gigs. Maybe if he did enough small shows of this nature, he could meet each fan individually, which might make him happy and further stimulate his creativity ... you just never know! That's a wish of mine.
I replied in your other thread - but i'll paste it here as well. Plus i meant to say that unfortunately it doesn't seem Paul is interested in ever doing a small show... but other than that this is what i said in the other thread! I'll put it in quotes below!
it's a nice idea, one that i think most of us have dreamt of over the years... but i think he's never going to do it.. and it's just not do-able nowadays -the short lived premium membership came and went without a UK show (apart from the rah charity one) and after that it was scrapped and back to the free for all of *anyone* registered with pm.com getting presale access, and you could register even after the tour announcement. Having seen 3rd row centre liverpool tickets on a resale site for £1795.00 each - yes that's almost £2000.00 for one ticket - tickets that will have been bought on the pm.com presale or from the venues presale (that was also advertised as people on their mailing list - but they gave away the link and code on their twitter for the world to use instead)... well having seen that legally being done, i give up, i feel like it's over, touts have won, pm.com and sites don't seem to mind after all do they? So how a small gig would be workable is impossible Sad Yes we can all say have photo ID, do it like Kate Bush, etc etc, but it seems pm.com or bascially anyone inc the venues doesn't really care who gets them, as long as someone buys them. (Yes, i'm a bit negative after the last 2 days of presales, sorry!)
Spot on. I found the presales to be poor too. Disappointed.

Had no luck with tickets for Liverpool, having also missed out on the VIP package. However, I'll try nearer showtime and see if I can get something.

RE: Barclaycard Arena - Birmingham - May 27, 2015 - ARCHIVE
I don't get why Birmingham seems to be undersubscribed - there's plenty of VIP packages and decent tickets available. Got frozen out of the 02 priority presale for London, the PM.com presale for London and Liverpool, and the Echo Arena presale for Liverpool and also missed out on VIP for Liverpool which is what I was really after...yet I had no problem getting VIP for Birmingham and there's still soundcheck packages available for there.

Chaos And Creation event at HMV Oxford Circus, 15/09/2005
Apologies to the moderators for posting this again; I posted it about a year ago but can't find the original thread...I never did get any real answers so I thought I'd try again... Was anyone else there (I mean people on these forums)... Does anyone have any photos or videos? I mean of the audience, whether it's queueing outside or inside the store itself... I already asked HMV's main PR guy and he couldn't find anything either. Feel free to PM me if you can help...I'd be really grateful if anyone has anything.

Yes please! As admin, I think you owe it to us to try and make this happen.

Still no takers? It's a shame as I'd love to relive this night - love the Anglican Cathedral and of course want to see which of my pals I can spot in the audience!

Ecce Cor Meum - Liverpool Anglican Cathedral 2008
Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about this concert being released anywhere? I was at the show but didn't get any photos or videos. I heard someone say it was broadcast on TV at the time but I don't remember it...

If Paul is ever told about the extent of this debacle, I think he'll be pretty embarrassed.
Seriously? He must already know...he's a businessman and this was probably, in fact, his decision. Paul's too switched on to let a decision like this be made without his knowledge. After all, those representing him as Admins of this site are working for him and are carrying out work in his name - he's not daft.
Yeah, seriously. Of course, he knows about this business decision. But, I don't think he knows how many of his fans feel deceived; he doesn't read this board - do you think he's being given an honest account of the reaction to this decision? I doubt it. I don't think he would be pleased at the way the decision was communicated and executed.
I wouldn't be surprised if he does read the board...if it was you, wouldn't you be curious? I think with all the overblown senses of entitlement and outrage expressed on this thread, he'll have been made aware of what the general mood is and will have decided on a course of action. Some people who signed up very recently definitely have grounds to be upset but I understand they're being refunded from some of the posts on here. The rest of us need to get a sense of perspective. No-one made us buy these premium memberships. And people seeking physical copies of the downloads we were given, or generally griping, you don't have to take the downloads. It's a choice. There's no pleasing everyone, but I for one appreciate the gesture. All Things Must Pass...

If you want to burn the file to DVD, it might be best to transfer the MP4 file to a .AVI file. This should make it easier.

Of course it's disappointing that some of the fantastic features of the Premium site have gone, but the majority of us had unlimited access for a year, which is what we signed up for, and the goodies we were sent initially would retail at over the £50 we paid to subscribe.
