Any chance of a London gig again in 2019?
I recall there being hope that he might be doing British Summer Time, there's still another 2 nights to announce so hopefully he's doing one of those.

No Glastonbury! Pop the champagne.
Thank god! If he does something like British Summer Time then that’ll be great. He would not have come off well if he did Glasto. He never does when he does a tv performance

awwww it's gone in here already - no one will see it!!
but thanks you 2, i know you both are much more "out there" on Paul sites than me, so fingers crossed you come across the audio, vids, or some pics I was just in shock!!!!!!! Would love a permanent record of it happening so i can show him when he's old enough to fully get what happened
Aw that was you!! What song did he play after the sign was broadcasted on the screen? Try finding a video of the song on Youtube & see if the filmer has that footage too
What a spectacular show! I was front row but at the far side so my view was obscured several times by the camera crane but nothing too disastrous. His voice was fantastic but I did think it was weak during Here Today but that was it. He was on fantastic form and I loved every second of it. He really is the greatest artist of all time & my stance on that hasn't changed in 15 years & it never will!
What time did Paul come on last night?
Just seen that extra tickets have been released but not sure how many though

Guys , I did say Hampden was practically a sell out . I was there , and I saw one tiny pocket of seats ( around 100 tops ) that were empty . That means there was easily 50 000 there . The hydro holds 12 thousand? I think it’s safe to say he could have sold it out at least twice . ( I never heard the £5 ticket story either )
his new album sold well in Scotland . I’d also argue there’s a higher demand for a Paul McCartney ticket in Scotland in 2018 than there even was in 2010 ...
I didn't hear of any £5 seats either, surely they would've done 2 for 1 but Hampden is very hard to sell out. I agree he could easily do 2 nights at the Hydro. Along with an extra night at Liverpool & London

Tickets arrived ! Can not wait I wondered if he would come back to Glasgow tbh . So thankful he has !
A little surprised he isn’t doing 2 nights , he’d have sold them both out easily .
Ive listened to a couple of YouTube bits from concerts he’s done in Europe in the last week or so , and he’s sounding really good
3rd time I’ve seen him in Glasgow , along with one in Liverpool and London .
never thought I’d get my 10 year old boy Joel to see him . He’s Beatles / Paul daft , and for us this is a dream come true
This is the first Glasgow show since 1979 that has sold out - that's why he's not doing 2 nights because he couldn't guarantee that night #2 would sell out.
The Secc In 90 was a sellout . Hampden In 2010 was practically a sell out too . Given Hampden holds over 50 000 and the hydro sold out in minutes , I think a second show would not have been a gamble !
Hampden wasn't a sell out and they were (allegedly) selling tickets for £5 on the day to get punters through the door to fill out the empty seats.
Yeah, Hampden wasn't a sellout but it is significantly bigger than the Hydro. But he can definitely do two nights at the Hydro. Even if the 2nd night doesn't sell out it will still do really well
Ticketmaster have released more tickets & they're not selling them at Platinum prices but be quick

Paul has chosen not to play Mull Of Kintyre on his only Scots show in 2018.
His decision emerged after Kintyre Schools Pipe Band asked if they might join him on stage to perform the hit.
https://www.sundaypost.com/fp/pipers-lament-as-sir-paul-mccartney-drops-mull-of-kintyre-from-the-setlist-for-his-world-tours-only-scottish-show/Is it a joke?
I hope they're wrong. Maybe not them, but the Loretto pipe band will be playing with Paul again
Surely not, he did it at the Australian shows and in Vancouver, Toronto etc last year. So it'll be utterly baffling if he doesn't do it. "We couldn't come here without doing this next song"- last time he played Glasgow. Guess it's good to be warned that he might not do it

It'll be a memory Joel will always remember. I've never forgotten the memories of every show I've been to. Especially when my mum took me down to London to see him when I was 12. My parents thought that I would only see him once

Last 2 times he has played the Echo Arena approx 100 tickets were available on the day and went on sale at the box office at approx lunch time and quickly sold out.
These were also amazing floor seats not centre but in the first 6 rows. Heres hoping again so I will be hanging around the arena from 10am.
Very interesting idea! I’m desperate to get tickets and have booked the day off work. Just me on my lonesome, but do you reckon it’s worth a shot? Is there any way of us finding out if this will definitely happen?
Hi Katie,
No guarantee but I'm going down about 10:30 on the day and will be hanging around the box office to see if any movement. As I said last 2 times they have released really good seats on the day so here's hoping!
Good luck!
It’s definitely something I’m considering! You never know, a few boardies might come down and keep us company!!!
Also download Twickets where people can only sell their tickets for face value & setup notifications for it. It's how I managed to get tickets for the O2 Arena
Just saw on Paul's Instagram story that Dance Tonight is being performed again. Hasn't been away that long but I always enjoy it when I hear it
Managed to get 2 tickets on Twickets for this show! Meaning that I see him in Glasgow on the 14th, The Bootleg Beatles on the 15th in Edinburgh then Paul again on the 16th!!! Cannot wait, set notifications on Twickets & jump on it if you're still looking for a ticket
I've seen a couple of tickets posted on Twickets for the UK shows, but they get bought very quickly but keep on checking the app. You might get tickets that way for face value
My mum’s cousin just sent me the photo of the tickets. Sadly it’s not a merchandise ticket & those crappy flimsy paper tickets that Ticketmaster are now doing. But still absolutely buzzing
Got excited & saw there was more tickets for this gig on Ticketmaster but they're bloody platinum

Thanks for sharing, I've not been able to see it as it wasn't my Ticketmaster but good to know that it will be with me soon

The show is 31 days away. Looking forward to a pleasant surprise or two.
Liverpool: Penny Lane
Glasgow: Mull of Kintyre
London: Wonderful Christmas Time
I daydream about this all the time
I saw him play all three of these songs live at the Echo Arena on 20th December 2011.
Same here,id be amazed if Mull and christmastime arent given an airing again this decemeber, its too close to christmas not to to be honest isnt it?
In 2009 Good Evening Europe tour he brought in Wonderful Christmas Time from 16th December onwards and in 2010 did it from the 13th December onwards so I'm certain that we'll get it

Just looking for some advice from anyone who knows the Hydro well.
In a panic, when tickets went on sale led me to buying 2 lots of two tickets (was planning on giving the other set as Xmas present).
Just wondering if anyone knows which are best :
053 ROW F seats 85/86
OR
003 Row U seats 52/53
Hope someone can help. Cheers !
053 ROW F seats 85/86 are the better seats.
We sat near enough the same seats for Ritchie Blackmore last year and they were great.
They're in retractable seating and you're above the floor seats so nothing should block your view.
I agree, I was on Block 52 for David Byrne which was great as you can see over everyone else whilst there's a chance of someone tall blocking your view
