RE: Brian Ray
I went to the Bayonets show on the 21st and it was incredible. Here's my favorite photo that I took at the gig.

RE: Holly Days
I found an original copy of Holly Days on vinyl in a used record store and it was even autographed on the back so I snagged it for $8

RE: Denny Laine on interview!!!
They should've just did the interview as one long video. I complied all the interview footage (22 parts I believe) and synched it so it was one long interview and I gave credit but the original uploader had me take it down. Lame. It is a pretty good interview tho

RE: Nashville, TN, Bridgestone Arena, 6/25-RESCHEDULED 10/16
The Paul McCartney concert in Nashville marked my 5th time seeing the man in concert. Something that I never dreamed to be possible when I was just getting into the Beatles during Jr. High. It was my first time experiencing a "limo/suv watch" and the 2 or so hours of waiting paid off with seeing the man himself just a couple feet away. What a thrill that was. It was also my first Macca gig from the floor and let me tell you, being that close to the stage, it gives you a whole different feel and perspective of the show. You're right there in the thick of things and no amount of words can express the incredible emotions and the impact that Paul's music has had on my life and numerous others. Also, the fact that he saw my sign, smiled and pointed at me during the concert was great. I don't have a voice left and I'd do it all over again because McCartney concerts are a beautiful thing.

I guess MPL have had to get in contact with drummer Geoff Britton regarding his work on the 'Venus & Mars' related tracks. If so, that must be strange for him to suddenly have (indirect?) contact with Paul again after forty years?
It doesn't say that Geoff was interviewed for the book for Venus and Mars so I wonder if they got in touch. I know that Joe English was interviewed for both V&M and the SoS books.
I was more thinking more about sorting out any business arrangements regarding Geoff's appearance on the unreleased 'Rockshow' track. But an interview would have been nice. At least Joe is involved which should be interesting. I was reading an interview with him a while back where he was going into detail about the out of tune vocals and harmonies on Wings Over America and the tv special and how it took them weeks to re-record them.
You must be thinking of the interview that Joe did with Beatlefan back in December 1978. www.facebook.com/notes/10151696466385329/

RE: Fanzine for Paul's first solo album?
macca212:
Hello everyone! I'm watching this documentary (
) about Paul's 70s work, and at 2:35 (screenshot: [" >http://tinypic.com/r/2ewpd1w/](http://tinypic.com/r/2ewpd1w/<img src=) it appears to show a fanzine about the McCartney (1970) album, which is one of my favorite of his solo work. However, after doing some research, I can't seem to actually find this fanzine. Did this actually exist (and is potentially available somewhere?) or just a computer generated image? Thanks in advance! It's fake.
