Is your username correct? I just tried to login and deliberately typed my password wrong. The error message I received was that the username/password was not correct. Clear out your username box and type it again with what you believe is a valid password. Do you have the "Remember Me" box checked? Once you succesfully login check that box so it remembers your password. Just checking but passwords are "case sensitive" so double check that you have it correct.  I understand the frustration.

Everything is always correct. I logged in yesterday (with a new password) and now this morning it says invalid password, had to request new password AGAIN...this is so frustrating. This happens EVERY single time I login. Yes, I have the remember me box checked, but when I open the site the username and password boxes are clear.

This may sound silly and stupid....

You type in your user name...

next you type in your Password... (do not hit enter)

scroll down to the Captshaw thing... identify the picture and click "I am not a robot" ...

Hopefully this gets you there. The emphasis is to not hit the Enter or Return key after you type in your password.

... then scroll down and continue....

That is exactly how I log in every time. Then it tell me password wrong, have to request new password, yada yada yada.

For the past couple of YEARS whenever I try to log in....receive a message stating "password incorrect".... EVERY time! Please HELP!

Let's see if I can help. A couple of questions. When you go to login, the "Password" box has dots for each letter of your password I assume. Correct me if I am wrong.  I assume you are not trying to type your password again and just click login. If that is what you are doing  and get error try clearing the password box so all dots are gone and then type the password again.  Let me know.

When I go to login, the Password box is EMPTY (no dots), so I have to type in my password manually. Then every time it tells me the  password is wrong...(which it is NOT!) So I try again...and again. Finally I give up and request an email link to create a new password (I am running out of creatively secure passwords.

    • RE: Oakland CA May 6

Hooray...I went ahead and bought tickets for the 8th ("Hot Sound") for CHEAPER than the tickets I already bought for the 6th (NOT hot sound)...go figure. That date works out so much better for us.

So now I have to sell the ones for the 6th. When I bought them it was before the 8th was added.

Wonder if the mods can change the title of this thread to include May 8.

    • RE: The Rarest Paul Song You Seen/Heard Him Perform Live

This isn't a "Paul" song, but I had the extreme pleasure to see Paul & Tony Bennett perform together at Neil Young's Bridge School concert in 2004 in Mountain View, CA, and watching them sing a duet "The Very Thought of You" was such a thrill, it gives me goosebumps just remembering it.

Yes, I got tickets for May 8th. Happy Mother's Day to me!

      Hi Barb!

I'm going on the 6th but thinking of selling them and getting tix for the 8th instead since there still are some available.

      Hope you are doing well!

I have a question regarding "platinum" ticket sales.

I noticed that a lot of tickets in the first 10 rows that would have originally been sold  as both "Front Row" and "Hot Sound" VIP packages, and would have included the soundcheck,  are now  selling as "Platinum".

Does that mean that less people will now be attending the soundcheck, since "platinum packages" do not include the soundcheck?

      Yes.

I was very disappointed because I did not see any "Hot Sound"/VIP tix offered for sale. I was really looking forward to experiencing another soundcheck/VIP dinner and spending time with other fans.

    • RE: Let It Be / Get Back (the movie)

Received the DVD last week, watched it this past weekend. So much better this time to be able to watch it again and catch the little things I missed the first time around.
