I got one - nosebleeds but it's certainly better than nothing! (At least I hope so...)

I was at the 2006 London one and if I recall correctly they said he would definitely get through the first 200, and the next 100 after that if he had time (I believe he got though most of them). However, there were no 'guaranteed entry' tickets, wristbands or anything else that time, it was just 'turn up and see'. The people at the front had been there since Monday (the signing was Wednesday lunchtime). Obviously the schedule will be different this time so the number of people he can get through will probably be different... I must be insane for even considering this.

Oooh, I might have to get myself a lovely pink umbrella! The winter's just starting so I'll definitely get plenty of use out of it.

Paul on Desert Island Discs, 1982 A cute interview clip at the beginning ("sing Searchin', Paul!"), and then towards the end Paul chooses John's 'Beautiful Boy' - it looks as though he has quite a hard time holding it together as he listens. A sad but beautiful bit.

The last Beatles things I bought were 'The Beatles: A Diary' by Barry Miles, Paul's album 'Band On The Run' (at last!) and the movie 'Two Of Us'. I also picked up a book called The Beatles Files, which is mostly photos. Oh, and there have also been some magazines I've picked up for Paul/Beatles articles.
