Question About Wheel Chair Accessible Seats and Ticketmaster
The Chesapeake Energy Arena website says you can buy wheelchair accessible seats online. My friend who is in a wheelchair said she's always had to buy them in person or over the phone. Has anyone elver bought them online in the presale before?

RE: Bossier City, LA- CenturyLink Center- July 15th- CONFIRMED
My sister lives in Dallas and is trying to decide between this concert and the OKC concert. However, she is in a wheelchair and will have to have handicapped seats. Does anyone know how you buy those seats? Do you have to call the arena?

YEEAAAAAYYYYYY! Hope I get a better seat than I did when he was in OKC in 2002! Here is a link to the article from the Daily Oklahoman. http://newsok.com/article/5548468?utm_source=NewsOK.com&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=NIC-Facebook

PBS: Ed Sullivan's Rock and Roll Classics
One of the gifts they are giving away with donations is the CD '1'. Is it my imagination, or is this the first time they have offered a Beatles CD as a part of their fund drive?

RE: RIP Glenn Frey of the Eagles
I watched the documentary, The History of the Eagles, this weekend on Netflix. I highly recommend it. It's 3 hours long.

RE: Ron Howard Directing Beatles documentary
Bravo, Ron Howard! I had a very long weekend so I watched it on Hulu instead of going to the theater. I think I'll go see it again in a theater.

RE: crying during Pauls concerts
Bruce M.:
During Paul's 2002 Washington DC show I choked up once and full-on cried once. The choking up was during the opening tune, "Hello Goodbye." Something about the symbolism of it all just hit me: Here was Paul out tour with this new and younger band, onstage for the first time in decades without Linda. George had been gone less than a year, and there he is singing, "I don't know why you say goodbye, I say hello" and it just hit me like a ton of bricks. And that tour, of course, was the first tour he played "Here Today." I'd avoided reading about the set list so it hit me totally by surprise and I just cried my eyes out -- and from what I could tell I wasn't alone in that reaction. They nearly had to get the janitorial crew to come mop me up off the floor.
I had nearly the same reactions in 2002 for the same reasons. The fact that I hadn't seen him perform live since the 1980's just added to the emotions. The pre-show and the buildup to "Hello, Goodbye" with him in silhouette was very emotional to me. He seemed very emotional during "Here Today", which only added to it.

RE: Your latest Paul purchases
I bought a copy of the new biography on my Kindle.

RE: Funny Stories
Every time I meet a woman named Michelle or a man named Paul who were born in the late 1960's, I wonder if their mother was a Beatles fan.

RE: Little Rock, AR - Verizon Arena - April 3oth - ARCHIVE
I'm was never fortunate enough to see The Beatles live in the 1960's or see Wings live. I saw him once in Dallas (Cowboy Stadium in the mid 1980's) but I've never found that sitting on the 50 yard line while the artist is in the end zone is a very satisfying experience. When he started touring again in 2002, I was blown away by the emotional impact of the first song, "Hello, Goodbye". I've been to 10 concerts since 2002 and every time there has been at least one point in the concert when i get that same emotional jolt I've always loved to listen to the comments I hear after the concert. In 2002, I heard a DJ on the local radio station say it was the best concert he had ever been to. I'm sure he's been to many more concerts than I have in my day. so I'll take his word for it. I've heard the same comments in Tulsa, St. Louis, Kansas City and last night in Little Rock. I guess it's fortunate those people don't come here to find out everything that's wrong with the set list or his voice. I think someone started a thread that was supposed to be devoted to complaints about the set list or his voice. I wish people with comments like those would put there comments there and quit being a wet blanket for people who enjoyed the show.

RE: Little Rock, AR - Verizon Arena - April 3oth - ARCHIVE
The Little Rock crowd was great! Several people who sat around me were seeing Paul for the very first time and their enthusiasm was contagious. Two young men in their twenties who sat in front of me were first timers and they had a wonderful time with high fives all around after many songs. I'm not one who will ever complain about set lists or compare his voice this week to his voice one year ago or five years ago. His concerts touch my heart the way no other performer does. I was blessed that the Beatles music was the soundtrack of my Senior year of high school and all of college. I'm grateful that he has toured close enough to where I live that I've been able to see him 10 times since 2002, The only way it could have been better would have been if John, George and Ringo were on the stage with him. Thanks for the memories, Paul!

sheyas:
Has anyone ever been to Little Rock? Wondering if it's best to stay downtown or north or west. We've booked hotels and have to cancel by tonight. Would be great to walk across to Verizon, but forecast shows 100% chance of rain, so...overthinking this...
Guess I'll have to pack my little umbrella that collapses small enough to fit in my purse!

Will Little Rock get a guest star like this?

RE: Spoiler-free 2016 Rumors
If the setlist isn't posted, there should be no complaints about the setlist, either! Thanks!

RE: Paris, France - Accor Hotels Arena - May 30th - ARCHIVE
Playing Paris might be more of a statement of support for France in general and Paris in particular since the terrorist attacks there last year.
