Sea Shepherd Conservation Society Brigitte Bardot realesed an open letter to the Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda, demanding that Japan stop whaling in Antarctica and affirming her full support to her friend, Captain Paul Watson and Sea Shepherd.

RE: Sea Shepherd visits London
From Captain Paul Watson: The United Kingdom threw every bureaucratic roadblock they had to prevent the Steve Irwin from returning to the Southern Ocean. The MCA ran us through the rule books on safety, pollution, manning, insurance, and inspected every little nook and cranny of the ship looking for a way to detain us from departing. I think they were disappointed when we passed every hurdle, obstacle and roadblock they put in our way. The Steve Irwin is now enroute to Australia and then onto the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. We have a great crew and a sound ship and as Captain John Paul Jones once said, "Give me a fair ship so that I may sail her into harms way."

RE: Paul, on your next tour, please come to ____________ .
I had a big long diatribe to spew about the 'Up and Coming' final US leg, but never mind.... I will add: I wouldn't have done SNL; congrats on the Kennedy Centre (after rightfully snubbing Bush for years, which nobody believed me back then when I said you wouldn't go as long as he was president); and I concur that Australia/New Zealand and YVR should go to the head of the list. . .

RE: Paul, on your next tour, please come to ____________ .
You're right about San Diego. And I'll repeat: What about Vancouver? He hasn't been there since 1964. Although I was happy about it, I was surprised he came back to Portland in 2005 (date added late) after being here in 2002, albeit for the first time since 1965. He goes back to Miami this year and doesn't sell out the stadium. Meanwhile, people in Mexico City are screaming for another show because the first one sold out in minutes. Wherever people want him, where he hasn't been for a while, he's hesitant to go: Australia. Brazil. Poland. Kansas City. et al. In 2009 he peppers the Northeast US with concerts and DC stadium doesn't quite sell out. Is this a management problem or what? There is a pattern. Paul has a right to do whatever he wants or not. But fans seem to be factoring low in the equation. As a hardcore fan since January 1964, I hate to be critical. Anyone have any ideas?

I've been wanting to say this for years. What is Paul's problem with Vancouver? He hasn't been back since 1964. I know The Beatles said they'd never go back to Manila but what's it with Vancouver? Tulsa is more important? I'm sorry but Oklahoma is 'The Hole' of the USA. And I'm from Kansas so I know

GYPSYGIRL:
Paul, now that Michael Jackson is gone, hopefully you, Ringo, Olivia & Yoko will be able to retain the cataloug of Beatles songs which rightfully should have gone to you from the start.
Sony already owns most of what percentage Jackson originally owned. And since Jackson was $500 Million in debt (according to the Wall Street Journal) Sony will get what ever percentage of the ATV catalog that he still controlled. Unfortuantely, Paul and John made the mistake of not securing their catalog in 1973 when they let Sir Lew Grade buy it....

RE: Elvis Presley
Sorry, but Elvis was a JERK. From National Archives, Nixon White House (1970) memorandum: "Presley indicated that he thought The Beatles had been a real force for anti-American spirit. He said that The Beatles came to this country, made their money, and then returned to England where they promoted an anti-American theme. The President nodded in agreement and expressed some surprise."
