I'd always heard but never realized what a great concert experience Waters gave until the 12.12.12 thing last year. As for Neil Young...give it time...one day, you'll get it.
Only a couple of Rogers songs on the 12.12.12 were from The Wall and the accompanying show. The whole show really is spectacular, it's definitely more than a 'concert', many theatrical elements/'props' in place, i.e. a remote controlled hover pig over the audience.
