Paul McCartney & Taylor Swift sing 'Shake It Off'

Could be a lot worse. I'd rather have the kids idolizing someone like that than some others that are trashy little girls or a bad influence.
-
For now. Give her time. All Illuminati-chicks make the transition from nice-girl to ho-bag sooner or later (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera...).

Oh God...not me. I have none!

Taylor is 25 I think. She's beyond that danger point I think.

She's currently smack-dab in the middle of a transition. She's already announced that she won't be making anymore country records, and that she's segueing to a pop-artist, as evidenced by her horrible hit-record that so many people are sopping up with a biscuit. I guarantee you that her next album will be Phase II of her coming out. And it will NOT be kid-friendly. This is not new. They all do it.

: ops: Oh gosh...I thought you had meant mine turning into something other than what one would want! You meant Taylor! No not usually country girls.

Hannah Montana -- er, Miley Cyrus. I rest my case.
-
I said "not usually". Miley was an achy breaky heart daughter. :
-
She was also a Disney kid. Just like Britney and Christina. Do your research, people.

She turned naughty a lot younger than 25

They're sluttin' Selena Gomez out now, too. I'm telling you -- they ALL go that direction. Taylor Swift will follow suit. Just watch.

It may happen, but Taylor didn't start as a TV star who then became a music star. I don't think anyway. My daughter prefers Katy Perry.

Debby Boone anyone? ...nah...didn't think so.

It sounds like the post-party was a fun evening. I wish it had been broadcast.

Taylor Swift doesn't have a good enough figure to get down and dirty with the slut transition, too much--isn't very sexy. She will try. Have seen a few good pix of her but ascribed that to a fluke Those sharp bones of hers--when she "dances" at award shows, seems she'd put somebody's eye out next to her, brandishing those super skinny arms...makes me want to hurl imagining Swift and Paul singing the nauseating likes of "Shake It Off" together. (I like "Spies Like Us" btw, sounds jaunty and perky.) OMG that part in her song where it gets super icky...you probably know what I mean, did Paul "sing" that too? It's more spoken, actually. She fancies she's got a "sick beat" LOL. That term "hella hair" is a real turn off, ugh. "Shake it Off" would sound better sung by a black chick who can really sing. Taylor's album "1989" didn't get nominated for any Grammys--a shocker, I had assumed it automatically would, cause it's Taylors--perhaps a telltale sign that it failed to garner nods-- or did it come out too late or something to make the cut

The album was released too late to make the cut for 2014. She'll be touring all summer, so next year will be up for grabs. If anything Shake It Off has that McCartney optimism to it.

Note to self: Do not have any daughters in the foreseeable future.

Nancy R:
Songs that are worse: What Goes On (The Beatles!) Tiptoe Through The Tulips (Tiny Tim) She Bangs (William Hung)
You could add for consideration (lol) "Disco Duck" and "Macarena"

Really. First her album was released after the Grammy cutoff, same thing as "New". I think she is a nice looking young lady and have seen her look very sexy in pictures. I am not saying she is a super model but she is not bad on the eyes IMO. As for her dancing, she might not be any good but at least she is not afraid to have fun at award shows. She knows darn well the camera is on her yet she is still not afraid to dance.
