For all the board members who going to the show on the 7th of June: If you want to hear Paul play 'Big Barn Bed' at the concert bring with yourself: 1. A4 paper (someone told me in another thread that you won't be applied to enter bigger signs then that), print on it "Big Barn Bed", bold, Ariel font, that will be easy to read from the stage. 2. 2-3 extra pages to share with the people beside you (optional). EVERY SIGN WILL INCREASE THE CHANCE TO HEAR THIS SONG LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER! EVERY ONE OF YOU IS IMPORTANT TO THE SUCCESS OF THE PLAN! Especially those who plan to be near the stage during the show! We need to hold the signs when Paul is playing the ukelele (during Something and according to the last shows Ram On too). So let's do this! Let's hear 'Big Barn Bed' live next week!
this strategy is ok, but it would be much better if someone of the netherlands or better local amsterdam fans could prepare ~ 500 copies. (there should be an instruction included with small letters) While waiting for attmidance they could be distribute... On the other side we could also chosse a second song we could ask for on the 8th, if we had sucess on the 7th. IMO a further "new" song like Alligator (soundchecked in London!), On my way to work or Everybody out there" would be great. :
It can be great to, but I think it need to be in addition to the paper every one of us (At least I hope) bring with him, it's impossible to pin it on one person in my thought. So, is there any Dutch fan here that can print something like 200-5-- copies?

That sounds great! I won't attend on the second show, but you definitely do that, I suggest you to check if it will work for us in the first concert at all, if so, you should really arrange that!

Good, I am in, I will bring my own sign, but I think chances of performing the song on the first night are quite low. I think it might be much more succesfull if the sign said something like "Big Barn Bed tomorrow, please." Of course, it would be useless for the people attending only the first concert. But I think that might succeed.

Paul is not rehearsing between the shows, he's just soundchecking, so anyway the band won't learn the song, but he performed this song in soundcheck without the band (vocals and ukelele) so he sure knows how to play this song and it can be amazing and very special moment to hear him play a song spontaneously.

Indeed there may be no train service to and from Amsterdam Arena/Bijlmer railway station !! Plan your journey via the link below to see if train sevices are cancelled because of planned work on the tracks. http://www.ns.nl/en/travellers/home
If I read the notice correctly, metro will still run as normal. Can someone confirm please? I'm not quite sure about the translation to English
Yes, metro will be in service. To Schiphol airport there is a bus, the no. 300.
-
Hi everyone! Does anybody know anything about his arrival? On his instagram you can see quit a lot of little movie's were he arrives at airports and is welcomed by many fans. Does anybody know how i can tell what day he will arrive, and on which airport? I've been really looking everywere, but can't find any information

Okay, the plan sounds reasonable then, let's do it!

I will print it but will be on US letter sized paper! And when do we hold them up, before Something when he's holding the Uke & telling the story, or after the song?

Both in my opinion. We need to catch his eye

I created a paper with photoshop for our fanaction now (A4). I did uploaded it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9o6t484zj7dhctu/bbb.jpg?dl=0 Is this ok or is it better to write "Big Barn Bed" in one row? But that means smaller letters... Everyone who like to use it is invited to print it. I've got early entry tickets for first concert. I'll print ~50 papers and distribute them. If here are fans who stay at the soundcheck they could do the same.

I think that in the sentence below, we need to write "Ukelele", I'm not sure that everybody will understand what "Uke" is
