what is with a further songs we could ask for on the 8th. Are there any suggestions? I'm absolutly for a further new song: alligator, on my way to work, appreciate but only with newman

Maybe Hope of Deliverance

I don't request anything really. Having seen Paul only twice so far, I'll be happy with whatever he plays But I'll bring the BBB sign, it might be a nice thing for this particular concert. Now, thinking about it, I would really like to hear Mull of Kintyre. And Another Day has always been another favourite of mine, but he plays this one regulary now, so I'll be really happy to hear that one. So...Mull of Kintyre for the second night? I am not sure he would do it without rehearsing though.

Yes, I don't think too, I suggest you to choose something that was played during the soundchecks, he hasn't played in since 2011, doesn't he?

In addition, this particular song has the band playing bagpipes that don't participating in this tour

Maybe Hope of Deliverance
hope of deliverance is a very good idea. It was played as demand on soundcheck in birmingham and it was already in the setlist during the first leg of "Out There!" tour.

Yes, hope of deliverance can be great

But is not better ask for a song never performed live? "Do you want to know a secret" and "Why dont' we do it in the road" would be a perfect choice. Are simple and don't needs of great rehearsals. The first was made at the soundcheck in Atlanta in 2002.

It could be great but DUWTNS was soundchecked 13 years ago and WDWDIITR haven't played since the original record in the 60's, I don't think that Paul and the band can play these without any rehearsal before.

u should be realistic. Ok "Why don't we do it in the road" could work as it's simple as u wrote. But it's uncertain Paul would really do it. I've got the feeling he wouldn't. In the case of "Do you want to know a secret" we don't know whether he remembers the lyrics/chords. On the other side lot's of us like to hear some more solo / wings songs...

So trains between Schipcol and the arena are replaced by busses? Then where do I find R-net buss ticket? This is confusing

They are absolutely desperate to fill the second added date, the one which got added due to "overwhelming demand". Now all students at the Amsterdam Conservatorium got a free ticket. I was confident they would pull a Horsens on us, but with all these added measures I guess they managed to fill the larger part of the venue with either discounted or free tickets.

Add "plus soundcheck" to that, to make sure they do attend and fill up the seats.

that sound quite indescribably! Do u have an idea how many extra persons could staying addional at the soundcheck? by the way do u know the capacity of ziggo dome?

Strange that he can sell out two shows in a place like Tulsa, OK, but not in Amsterdam.

No clue, all I know is that my timelines are cluttered up with music connection friends who all don't give a rats arse about McCartney, and are now invited to the soundcheck. Capacity is 17,000, about 6000 on the floor.

Prices are way too high, even more for regular concert goers, and the fans know he will play mainly the same as in 2009 and 2012 over here and it will be almost 1 on 1 in comparison to the first night.

Just a week ago, I checked and there weren't all that many seats available for the first or second shows. But anyway, it's not like it's a massive school. It's got less than 4,000 students and these 2 shows total about 34,000 tickets so it seems he sold plenty. I doubt he gave away 4,o00 tickets. I bet it was a couple hundred. I'm glad he gave them away to music students. Nice. I think people in Europe are more influenced by the dire coverage of Paul in the British media, than those of us in the US who have seen him more often and know he still puts on a good show. Anyway, I think its the Paris show that has the bigger problem with slow ticket sales, than Amsterdam.

IMO it's an indication for poor menagement by the promoter. Maybe they calculated with a lot's more german fans traveling to amsterdam. Ticketsale would be surely more successfuly, if there would be at least one tour stop in germany (Hamburg/Berlin/Frankfurt). Pauls last stop here was 2011 with only one concert in cologne... (a country with 80 mio population)

Yeap, it is really strange that Germany is completely omitted, since it is a huge market and Paul would sell out a couple of shows without any problem.
