I'll give it a shot, but I'm not holding my breath. I can't afford another VIP package this summer but without buying one there's such a minuscule chance of getting a decent standard ticket. I'm always glad for staggered onsale opportunities as it spreads out the traffic- but what is the logic behind posting the password on a public forum and public website? Seems to me we may as well just give the scalpers half the tickets!

Do random tickets come up? I want to get the section I sat in 11 years ago there.
-
TicketMaster will give you what they think is the best available seat. More times than not, this is not the best available seat. :

Unfortunately we don't have exact seating information. Please refer to the venue or Ticketmaster.

Well I had tenth row seats at standard price of $250 each that Ticketmaster magically took away from me for no particular reason and now there's nothing. Shocker.
-
We do recommend that you keep trying and refreshing the page, as transactions often do not go through and tickets become available again.
-
Yeah, I've been completely shut out too. Ticketmaster is pretty impossible for shows like this.
-
Sat with a "Searching...sit tight" for 14 minutes only to finally get a "Nothing available" message. Only Firefox showed a "Fan Presale" option. Chrome and Safari didn't even have that selection in the options list. (I'm on a Mac).

I'm on a Kindle....need I say more!

Yeah, it took forever to find the fan presale option, and it still isn't there on the ticketmaster mobile app. I tried using multiple devices. By the time the fan presale appeared anywhere, there were no tickets available (if there ever were). Can't really express how horrible ticketmaster is.

WixRocks!:

WOW! At least you got in! After nearly an hour of clicking "Search Again" until I've developed carpal tunnel syndrome and verifying more street signs, pasta dishes, and houses than I can count... I have given up. *sigh* It really sucks

I was about to give up. Didn't get exactly what I wanted but close enough. Certainly can't afford a VIP package!

Nothing but Gold and Silver now...ugh. Anyone wanna spot me $1400 for a pair of Gold seats? Guess I'll try my luck Monday morning in the general sale...or if a second show is announced by then. I never thought I'd say it, but I miss the Paul McCartney website presales. They worked way better than this during the Out There tour.

I'm so frustrated! First of all the Ticketmaster site lies - it said you don't need to reload the page, it would auto reload. It autoreloaded to a page that did not have the presale. So I reloaded, clicked on the presale, pasted the code in, and hit search for best available. And nothing. It was 10:01. You have got to be kidding me. I kept trying, but there were never tickets. This is the first time EVER that I have not been able to get tickets despite getting in (almost) right away. I don't know if the stupid auto-reload got me or not, but it wasn't more than a 30 second delay. I'm so angry. Stubhub is FULL of ridiculously priced tickets. I'm sure the bots got them all. So I guess unless the general sale on Monday goes differently, I won't be getting tickets. That was the worst presale ever. I still can't believe that happened.

It's been giving me a "Searching...sit tight." message for an hour and a half now, lol. I'm afraid to close it out and start again, though, as NOTHING came up for tickets. I had luck yesterday with the PM.com presale for Cleveland, but have had NO luck during the Ticketmaster presales. Oddly, though, their resale site is flush with tickets at well over face value. I feel for you, WixRocks! The same thing happened to me in a presale earlier this week, but with 11th row seats for face value. I hope Paul and MPL go back to running presales through their page. Ticketmaster sucks!
-
Was terrible for me, too. Eventually, I got through. Since it is a bucket list thing for me, I spent the extra money and got close to what I would consider to be my ideal seat.
-
my husband went to try at 10:00 and found nothing. i'm looking now and seeing some seats, but they're all priced at VIP levels, even in the back!! i've never seen this before! what the heck is going on? i literally can't find any seats at all that aren't VIP priced.
-
OK... I think I am just about finished with Paul McCartney. (It kills me to say it). Now when you go on ticketmaster, you can access the exact seating and choose your seat. The front sections ALL the way back to row Q are $700 each! The first sections on the side up to row E are also $700! I just can't do it. I ADORE Paul McCartney, but unless I score a cheaper ticket... I am so done! The thought of never attending another concert is heartbreaking.

I have a decent seat but TicketMaster said my ticket is electronic. Apparently, I am to use my credit card for entry. I don't see how I can have them send me an actual paper ticket via UPS now. Oh, I do miss the days of getting a ticket through the Fun Club. Has anyone ever used their credit card for entry? Now we are into the lunch hour crush....I hate to see what the site is like now! How many bosses would put up with searching for tickets during business hours!
