Paris, France - La Défense Arena (previously U-Arena) - 11/28 - CONFIRMED

What is the difference between Parterre Or and Carré Or?
-
Carré Or Parterre = Floor FOS in front of GA
Carré Or = stands -
never saw anything in the big center block, is that where you are ?
I'm at the back of the 2nd big center block, in the middle, so it looks like the last row but once again not sure, how have you been able to count the rows ?

When will the ticket sell start? And what is the price of a GA ticket? Is there an Early Entry GA ticket except for the VIP Hot Ticket?

Are there different GA tickets? If I'll come early will I be able to see something? Is there Early Entry ticket for GA?

Interesting! Exactly the same price as at Bercy in 2016. However, the big difference is that Bercy had no seats on the floor at the front. I waiter for 6 hours in pouring rain and got 4th or 5th Row. Well worth it and great show.

I'll try to score a ticket in the general sale on Thursday. I admit I'm a bit confused about which seats would be good. Does anyone know how good the view is from the seats on the side stands?
-
AFAIK no better info has surfaced than what's already been shared here...
There's a new presale going on now directly on the site of the UArena. They have practically nothing, I only saw 1 parterre Or available, Block J - Row 3 - Seat 50 and with no red dot to show its location so "no thanks" ! Looks like another side seat glued to the stage with poor visibility. Although I suppose that 50/160 or 1/3+ from the top isn't as bad as we got in the "fan" presale...
They do show a new seating map though compared to Ticketmaster :
The Ticketmaster one :

Bought a GA ticket. How close will it be? Will I be able to see anything if I'll be in the start of the GA?

Why not try the venue's official website or search Twitter for images of other shows that have taken place there?
-
Thanks for the info, webvan. I see they've moved the start of the sale forward to 7 am on the 13th (in case anyone else is thinking about buying tickets then).
-
Thanks for the heads up, same as for the presale then.
Ticketmaster might be saturated, so I'd suggest having browser windows open on the FNAC and UArena sites, especially since they probably have different allotments of tickets.
Given they were not available during the presale I'm still predicting that all the best seats in the center block on the floor will be available as "Ticketmaster Platinum" tickets at a 2x or 3x markup from face
@Yahllil - not to be rude but have you read any of the messages posted on this page !? I've posted several maps that show where GA is located and explained it was the same setup as for Roger Waters, so as suggested above look up pics/videos from his concerts. Obviously you won't be close to the stage in GA but if you're in the front and you're not too short you should see the stage OK !
-
Now the ticketmaster site is saying 10 am again. Argh!
-
That's ridiculous. It worked for a few minutes, then Ticketmaster crashed. And the U Arena site isn't doing much better. I dodn't remember tickets being gone that quickly the last time. But then again, I wanted a standing ticket then. Paris trip cancelled I guess.
If anyone has a spare Partèrre Or or Carrè Or I'm interested.
-
Well, I ended up buying one Categorie 2 ticket up in the bleachers. I guess, it'll be the furthest I've ever been from the stage at a concert by Paul. But it's okay. I hope there'll be some partying up there.

Nous n'avons pas les mêmes valeurs . Je serai dans la fosse.
Hope to meet you again as well as in Bercy or in Cardiff.
Yeeah i will be on the pit too !!!
the other's tickets are so much expensive..it's insane! i'm not parisian and the total cost for this night risk to be so high.
This is the reason why for me this would be a concert on the pit (and Lyon-Paris with a bus)
but for Paul i can do this ahah

Thought i would bump this thread as only a week away till Paris show, who else is gonna be there? !
