Please post soundcheck setlists, pretty please? anyone?
There's no way to get that info unless people who go will post it!!
Here is Lexington altho it is from memory so I am missing a few songs, I'll get the list later from a friend
Jam (nice and long with Paul singing "we're going to get lucky in Kentucky" at the end)
Honey Hush , Drive My Car, I Dont Know, C Moon, San Francisco Bay Blues, Singin the Blue on the uke, Midnight Special .New, Lady Madonna
Singin the Blues was great and the whole song, too. I love when he mixes it up on the uke
I still see he is soundchecking "I Don't Know". How did it sound as a whole? I'm interested also in how the Band sound in the harmonizing and bridge parts.
I Don't Know sounded great live. I would have loved to have heard it in the rotation for the full concert. His jam to open was exceptional. It was a slow rock/bluesy jam that would be outstanding in the middle of any show and great on an album. I came away most impressed with the jam, I Dont Know and Midnight Special.
Well you never know...maybe during one of the upcoming US shows (or Vancouver) Paul will give the hard-core fans one of their biggest surprises and thrills ever and actually play "I Don't Know". I would think that "I Don't Know" would be easier for him to sing than "Maybe I'm Amazed".

Thank you SO MUCH, nightfish!! Made my day, serious!
I love 'I Don't Know' it would be great if he eventually does that in the show...

Coming Up was done at the New Orleans soundcheck.

It's so unbelievably frustrating that Paul's doing I Don't Know in the soundchecks and not the actual show. Paul!!! Stop it!!!!! Play your new stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived, died, and got reincarnated when he played Coming Up at the soundcheck at Ft. Wayne today. I've been wanting to hear that song, and it was the first time I'd heard it live. Soooooo amazing.

Haha cool! I really get that, I had the same thing with Coming up and Mrs. Vanderbilt

Still can't believe it Bruce.
I think Solo Paul has always been way too concerned about the crowds' reaction. Maybe he got so to the crazy ovations as a Beatle. I just wished he would think a little about his hard core fans who always buy his latest releases. The critics reaction to "I Don't Know" was tremendously favorable....one of the best on Egypt Station. As you said, if Macca is playing it in the Soundchecks, just go ahead and do it in the real show. Play it for your "truest" fans!!!

I can commiserate - spent 4 days near Lexington, KY at AROTR, after which we drove to Nashville 3 hours, then next day I drove 5 more hours to Atlanta. The following day my friend drove from Nashville to Atlanta, then next day (Thurs. May 30th) we drove 2 hours to Greenville, SC to see Paul and drove back to my house after! We were freakin’ half dead! She drove back to Nashville on Sat. June 1st. The things we do for The Beatles and Paul!!
Next trip I’m flying to Chicago for Fest For Beatles Fans Aug. 9-11!

A little bit off topic, but kind of related (wasn't sure where to post this), but since this group has attended soundchecks...
I am seeing Paul next week in Moline, IL (my 7th PM concert). I do not have special package tickets that get into the soundcheck. However, I will have a lot of time available that day, and figured I might try to be outside the arena as he arrives, just in the off chance I may catch a glimpse. If the show is scheduled for 8pm, does anyone know about what time he would typically arrive for soundcheck and all of the other pre-concert things? Thanks for any insight.

I would get there at 4:30. The soundcheck usually starts some time after 5PM.

Yes no later than 4:30. As posted above, he was late in Madison and didn't get there til around 5:30. He's not always on time.

I waited outside the stadium till 5:38 and no sound check that I heard. I needed to go back to the room to freshen up.

“Freshen Up!” No pun intended, right?
