Maybe the mods can look at this. The video shows up when I quote original poster but NOT when I entered it.

Thanks for finding this thread. No wonder I couldn't find it...with that title of "Moving pictues".
It sounds like it's from the 1920s. LOL.

Yoko Ono jamming with The Beatles, during the "Let it Be" sessions.
I'm not able to view my VHS copy of "Let it Be" at this moment, but was this video clip of Yoko jamming in the final print of the film?
After watching it I had an insight which I don't know is true or not, but just wondered... perhaps John and Yoko were hoping that if other members of the Beatles got to know Yoko better, they'd gradually accept her as another member of the band, and allow her to perform and record with them.
Linda was with Paul at the time of course, but she was more interested in observing and photographing the band, which she always thought was a wonderful experience in itself. Later she was able to hold her own with the other musicians in Wings and didn't take herself too seriously. She was a great support to Paul in the early days of that band.
Yoko's situation was much different from Linda's. Whereas Linda was in Wings from its beginning, with Paul's support, The Beatles were already a well established unit in 1969, and probably not open to major changes like adding another permanent musician. They did have Billy Preston play with them, and perhaps he would have done more recording work with them if the band hadn't have broken up, but don't see them wanting to change the structure they had.
Not meaning to put Yoko down, and I'm trying to be kind in saying this but at that time I don't think her avante garde perception of music fit in with where the other 3 Beatles saw the direction of their music going, lol.

Sorry, I could only make it through 30 seconds of that with Yoko wailing!
