The first two 1965 songs have now reverted to MPL:
"Ticket to Ride" and "Yes It Is"
The Rest of the Lennon/McCartney "HELP!" songs including YESTERDAY (14%, RUBBISH!) coming soon.
Also "I'M DOWN" is missing.
62 songs -- Not counting the duplicates - Originally 65 - The dups are "Ringo's Theme" which is "This Boy" and the two songs McCartney combined into one "PS Love Me Do" (Love Me Do & PS I Love You).
Also coming back in the June-August time frame, in addition to the rest of the songs on the both the US and UK "Help!" albums and "I'm Down", will be "That Means a Lot". And some more duplicates will be reverting during this period as well: "Auntie Gin's Theme (duplicate of "I've Just Seen a Face"), "Scrambled Egg" (duplicate of "Yesterday"), and "That's a Nice Hat" (duplicate of "It's Only Love").
And don't forget the parodies from The Rutles

Has Paul requested copyright termination for those Rutles songs? Neil Innes wrote them, but then ATV, who owned the Lennon/McCartney publishing, sued to add Lennon & McCartney as songwriters to get publishing revenue, and won. It would be nice to see them revert just to Neil's estate, if that's even a possibility.

Lord Lew Grade (co-founder of ATV Music Corp) sued Neil because the soundtrack was released on Rutle Records (then Warner Bros. Records). I don't know if Paul did, but Paul does not like what happened to the music in this parody of The Beatles which George Harrison appeared on. Neil Innes is not listed on MPL.

Jimmix, when you say "14%, RUBBISH" do you mean Paul only gets 14% of Yesterday? Or that they have only gotten back 14% of the Help! songs?
According to the print edition of THE BEATLES ANTHOLOGY by The Beatles. He makes 14% off of YESTERDAY. when he gets back the song, Macca will make 50% off the song! Pub rights and writing with Lennon estate. And any other deductions authozed by MPL and Lenono like Kobalt and who's ever watching over Lenono and Lensolos---probably Downtown Music, NY
Forgot to add, Sony/ATV will make money off the International rights but for the international Rights, Paul is suppose to make up to 50 to 55% with John Lennon. I'll have to look up that. I'm hoping Brian Epstein's contract was not involved.
Apple Corp's Apple Music Publishing Corporation (admin by Warner-Chappell Music) owns the international rights to songwriters who signed to their 100% Apple Music and enjoying the benefits of songs like "Without You" composed by Tom Evans and Pete Ham, recorded by Badfinger, and made giantically famous by Harry Nilsson and then later Marah Carey. And "Baby Blue" by Pete Ham for Badfinger made famously by appearing on the last episode of "Breaking Bad" --- 9,000%!!!!! Those songs are owned in North America, Mexico and the Philippines by the estates of Tom Evans and Pete Ham.

Also DEDUCT Uncle Sam...TAXES. Songwriting is a job, a corporation. Have to pay taxes! How much do you think Paul makes after taxes on one song? Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..............

I was on ASCAP website and a song titled "Another Day" by The Rutles and songwriting was credited to Neil Innes/Lennon/McCartney and pub'd by Sony/ATV. Was not a parody of Paul's "Another Day."
Does anyone know what Beatle song, this song was a parody?

Doesn't sound like a parody of any Beatles song to me. It is done in the "Beatles/Paul" style though. I think it's a great song!

Wikipedia has an entry called "The Rutles (Album)" that lists the 14 Rutles songs with the Lennon/McCartney co-writing credit, as well as some additional songs on the CD reissue, and which Beatle songs they parody. They suggest that "Another Day" is a parody of "Martha My Dear". I can't confirm that though, since I don't have the album and have never seen the movie!

^ Another Day did have a "Martha My Dear" piano sound in it.
I posted a link to the song in my last post.

That's why Paul was not OK with parody to Beatles songs. A song dedicated to his sheepdog (may she rest in peace). But he was ok with Neil Innes (1944-2019). They met at the Concert for George honoring George Harrison (2002). Neil was playing the piano for The Lumberjack Song (featuring Tom Hanks and members of Monty Python) and "Sit on My Face and Tell Me that you Love Me" with his naked rear.

Good news! Five more songs from the movie "Help!" have returned to Paul. All are on the US version of the "Help!" LP. They are:
ANOTHER GIRL
HELP!
THE NIGHT BEFORE
YOU'RE GOING TO LOSE THAT GIRL
YOU'VE GOT TO HIDE YOUR LOVE AWAY
-
The rest of the songs on the British "Help!" album have now reverted to Paul. They are:
I'VE JUST SEEN A FACE
IT'S ONLY LOVE
TELL ME WHAT YOU SEE
YESTERDAY
That's right!!! What some would call Paul's most famous song is back!!!
Also having reverted to Paul are:
I'M DOWN
THAT MEANS A LOT (given to P J Proby)

Next up, near the end of the year, should be the last album and the last single of 1965!

A HARD DAY'S NIGHT
ALL I'VE GOT TO DO
ALL MY LOVING
AND I LOVE HER
ANOTHER GIRL
ANYTIME AT ALL
ASK ME WHY
BABY'S IN BLACK
BAD TO ME
CAN'T BUY ME LOVE
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET
EIGHT DAYS A WEEK
EVERY LITTLE THING
FANCY MY CHANCES WITH YOU
FROM A WINDOW
FROM ME TO YOU
HELLO, LITTLE GIRL
HELP!
HOLD ME TIGHT
I CALL YOUR NAME
I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN
I DON'T WANT TO SPOIL THE PARTY
I FEEL FINE
I SAW HER STANDING THERE
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER
I WANNA BE YOUR MAN
I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND
I'LL BE BACK
I'LL BE ON MY WAY
I'LL CRY INSTEAD
I'LL FOLLOW THE SUN
I'LL GET YOU
I'LL KEEP YOU SATISFIED
I'M A LOSER
I'M DOWN
I'M HAPPY JUST TO DANCE WITH YOU
I'M IN LOVE
I'VE JUST SEEN A FACE
IF I FELL
IT WON'T BE LONG
IT'S FOR YOU
IT'S ONLY LOVE
LIKE DREAMERS DO
LITTLE CHILD
LOVE ME DO
LOVE OF THE LOVED
MISERY
NO REPLY
NOBODY I KNOW
NOT A SECOND TIME
ONE AND ONE IS TWO
P.S. I LOVE YOU
P.S. LOVE ME DO (aka: Love Me Do & P.S. I Love You)
PLEASE PLEASE ME
RINGO'S THEME (aka: This Boy)
SHE LOVES YOU
SHE'S A WOMAN
TELL ME WHAT YOU SEE
TELL ME WHY
THANK YOU GIRL
THAT MEANS A LOT

TICKET TO RIDE
TIP OF MY TONGUE
WHAT YOU'RE DOING

WELL, WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED FROM PART ONE OF "THE BEATLES GET BACK?"
JOHN LENNON HALF OF THE LENNON/McCARTNEY (L/M) EARLIER SONGS ARE OWNED BY SONY/ATV AND NOT LENONO MUSIC. I checked the ASCAP website and ... what can I say. "Waiter, check, please!"
The L/M songs that were used in the Peter Jackson filmed but never published by Northern Songs are MPL/Lenono. Good to see Dick James in the film, of Dick James Music and Northern Songs Limited. I wonder if he was like the actor who portrayed him in that Elton John bio pic, "Rocketman?"
Witnessing the birth of those songs being born on film including "Another Day" is amazing.
