The Beatles, one of the most persistent holdouts in the digital age of music listening, is set to finally arrive on streaming services, according to sources with knowledge of the negotiations. What is Tidal?A company owned (Not started) by Paul's new friend, Jay Z. The reason is because Universal Music (who owns EMI and Calderstone Productions) owns the Jay Z catalog and made an "up front deal" to pay Apple/Calderstone.

You should also have "1" (2015 Version) and "Let It Be . . . Naked" In my iTunes file I have Beatle copies. Different files (AAC, m4a and MPEG)

P.S. The music is not "automatically" added. You have to go into Amazon Prime Music page and select each album and add it to your library, then you can listen to it later.

ETA: For some reason, the following albums are not shown as available: With The Beatles, Beatles For Sale or Yellow Submarine! The albums that I originally bought on Amazon (remastered Paul albums) are automatically there in my library. I added some John LPs too.

Hey, we've already got every album - original, mastered, remastered, re-re-mastered, on record, on tape, on CD.... through a brilliant Anthology series....anyway..... no great benefit for the great fan.... I see no benefit for me with this streaming..... already got the content!..... although I do see this as more of keeping the Great Band in the mainstream....it's a good thing to see it happening.... more to keep the future generations on board.... gotta keep up with the non-buying, pirating, thieving, unaccountable generation of the present/future music fan, I guess.
