http://dailym.ai/1Uzql1q The document - the only contract signed by 'Fab Four line-up (pictured with Epstein) - was signed on October 1, 1962, just days before the release of The Beatles' first single, Love Me Do.

I thought it was interesting to read that the original first contract with Brian was signed by the four Beatles which still included Pete Best, but that Brian did not sign it. Then they did a new second contract later after Ringo joined, and Brian did sign that one, and that is the one on the auction block. There are also two record albums signed by all four Beatles up for auction, and The Beatles White Album with the stamped number #01 also!

Brian said he didn't sign the first one because he wanted the Beatles to have an "out" if they weren't satisfied with him as their manager.
