Going to see "Love"
-
D Hy I'm from Brazil and was lucky to stay at the biggest and best show of my life, that night all my dreams come true, the dream of my entire life. I always love you Paul, and because of you, I'm going to Las Vegas next week just to see "Love" the marvellous show of "Cirque du Soleil".I hope that will be a vrey good trip. I'm anxious! kisses and kisses!!!! roll

I'm envious. I've always wanted to see Love. I wish it wasn't just in Vegas, as I won't be visiting there any time soon. It's too bad Love doesn't do a national tour. I guess they had to build a special theater and sound system for the show, but still, I'd love to see the show travel to major cities like NYC, Washington, Chicago, Boston, LA, etc. Enjoy!! I've heard wonderful things about it.

Love was nice. I believe it's an ever evolving show and the theater was designed just for it. THe only disappointment for me was I felt Paul's songs were short changed in terms of time and the action going on during them. And my favorite part was when they used the Beatles actual voices during recording sessions in the background. That was very moving, especially hearing it in surround sound stereo.

I'm eager to see, since I watched "All Together Now" when I cried so much. I think I"ll cry again and again. I'm very happy, hehe...

I was lucky enough to watch the All Together Now premier in Liverpool with George and Giles Martin, Yoko and Olivia sitting directly behind me. A night I'm not likely to forget anytime soon.
-
Enjoy! That theater is part of the experience and you won't be disappointed. It would be great if Cirque could find a way to take the show on the road, but it would really be missing the sound which is so important to the show. It's like you are in the studio with The Beatles.

I saw LOVE in Oct. '09 from the front row--fantastic show!! jlw44, I agree, the use of their actual voices was very moving.
-
Marga, I saw LOVE right after it started in 2006 and saw it again last year. You will not be dissapointed, and it's true that the theater has alot to do with it. The show itself is awesome, but the sound is unbelievable! Enjoy!
-
Wow, I had no idea it was still going! I saw the documentary on it, and it's probably my fave CD, but I assumed the show had finished long ago. That CD was actually the first Beatles album I bought, followed by all the others! I'd love to see the show, but I always said Las Vegas was the last place I wanted to visit on Earth!!
-
"LOVE" was one of the most popular shows in Vegas-I think that might still be true. I'm going in June to see it for the 4th time! I sit somewhere different every time I go-not a bad seat in the house!

It was planned to have a run of about 10 years. The theater alone was $100 million dollars. The Mirage, Cirque, and Apple all made huge investments in LOVE.

I've seen it twice !!!! It is the type of show you can see 100 times, and experience it 100 divergent ways!!! There is so much sensory overload that you eyes and ears will be everywhere, as you attempt to take in all the great visuals and sounds. No seat is a bad one.................. Truly an amazing show and an overwhelmingly wonderful experience!!!!!!!!

I've seen it 7 times and going back to Vegas again in June. We'll see it 2 more times! you just cannot take in everything with just seeing it a couple of times. They also change a few things every 6 months. I LOVE LOVE!
-
We also got Paul tix for June 10th at the MGM. We've lucked out!
-
I agree! Now, I've already seen Love and it's enchanting, lovely, magic. They take us trough Beatles life and feeling by the music. I'm realized!
-
Was in Vegas last Monday especially to see Love for my 40th Birthday, fantastic and crazy, the sound system is first class, a must do if you are heading to Vegas
-
Last word - any seat has a great view due to the design of the theatre and the Revolution Bar where Paul, Ringo, Yoko and Olivia were interviewed is worth a visit but pricey.
