Hmm, this really scares me It wouldn't be easy for me to stop eating dairy products. But if it's so dangerous, what can we do? There are so many "dangerous" food we eat every day, it would be difficult to avoid it all. Still this got me thinking

Back when I first heared Linda had breast cancer, I was shocked mostly because she was doing everything right according my health codes I was living by. Fresh air being the key one and I know she lived her life with plenty of it. Then I looked through her cookbook and found all the dairy products and even though I was a vegan at the time (and still only have keifer and raw cheese both organic and only a few times a week) I wondered if there was a connection between that and all the smoke she inhaled. (I really gave this some thought because of the similarities in our lifestyle practices). but then, the dairy she consumed on a regular bases wasn't the stuff we pass for dairy here in the states. She had the best of the best most of the time (when she wasn't traveling). I don't have any answers myself but these were the thoughts that I had when I learned of her illness. I have since become convinced that natural antioxidents found in food (vegetables and spices and certain herbs and teas) might be the key to preventing certain diseases.

I would suggest people beware of the sun & the UV exposure more than dairy as Melanoma Cancer is the fastest growing form of cancer in the world & there's no cure except for surgery & Interferon Chemo.

There are alternatives but we're not allowed to talk about those.
