We WAS busy hiding... I thought about it the first time I heard it, but I just thought it's allowed too... In lyrics there are lots of "he/she don't" "ticket to ride... but she don't care, my baby don't care..." "she's a woman... she don't give boys the eye" Is that correct?

"Ebony & Ivory": "We all know That people are the same Wherever you go..." So far, so good. "There is good and bad --" WH'OOPS! There is good and bad? Is??? WRONG!!!! Paulie, Paulie...plural subjects require plural verbs. "There are good and bad..." or "There is good, and there is bad..." Ah, that's better. I'll add that -- given the harmonious spirit of this song -- surely, we want to achieve subject/verb... ...agreement. (Tee-hee)

PAUL! NO! no no NO (wince, cringe)

-

Poetic license is great... So in Spanish... I can create words.... and if someone tells me that "that word doesn't exist"... I can answer "Hey, I have poetic license, so I can create or alter words"
-
The Beatles' "Please Please Me": (the bridge) "I don't wanna sound complaining..." Yikes! I need help with this one.
-
I don't wish to sound as though complaining, but... (that isn't quite right) I don't mean to complain, but... (a bit better?) I'm not complaining but (too uptight sounding...still not right)

I think we can file that one under "Leave Well Enough Alone."
