Wow....I really enjoyed this new artist as well, Susy!! Great voice, plays guitar, very pretty....what's not to like? Also, her songs appealed to me right from the get-go...it usually takes me a couple of listens, but I just loved her style straight away. Refreshing to hear some new music as well...thankx

You're welcome, Claudia She writes her own stuff, too. She's a southerner. I guess we won't see her up on stage almost naked dancing the whole time, surrounded by dancers, and lip synching She's going to perform sometime around the first week of October in New York City with Jeff Bridges, Leon Russell, Elton John and a slew of other greats in a concert put together by T Bone Burnett They will all be on stage together performing. Will give more details after I go back and read about it again.

Thanks so much for posting this song "Sally's Pidgeons", VB...I was very moved by it! That was (not literally) my best friend, Michelle and I the video...I swear, even the pidgeons were appropo...it evoked a very special memory from my youth! The Beatles had just emerged on the scene and we were totally smitten! Michelle lived on the top floor of this apt. building, and I remember we would enjoy our apples dipped in cinammon and sugar, as we gazed over the massive roof before us, that housed a bunch of pidgeons that her brother Dennis was caring for. They would coo madly as we looked out and went into our fantasy! The fantasy was that we were, in fact, in ENGLAND itself Being so high up, we could see for miles and miles the most incredible architectural conglomeration I have ever laid eyes upon....it was absolutely breathtaking everytime we did it, and it really did look like jolly ole' ENGLAND, where we longed to be near to our precious John, Paul, George and Ringo!! Needless to say, I'll be passing this video on to Michelle...I'm sure she'll be equally touched! Thanks again!

T Bone Burnett will have a 'revue' show in Boston too, around the end of October and I'll get the dates for you, Claudia, I think you're not too terribly far from there? Maybe you can attend There's a slightly different line up but includes many of the same, I'll find out. Burnett said he so enjoyed going out with Bob Dylan's 70s "Rolling Thunder Revue" show that he wanted to do something similar, only a lot fewer gigs.
