Do you think he would autograph it before he concussed me with it?
Do you have standing tickets? The crowd at the front usually goes wild and invade the stage so there's a lot of security by the barrier. Watch this -

Cheers Jordan - good stuff mate, can't believe he aint got a record deal I guess thats what happens when the record companies become obsessed with boy/girl errrr bands.
His last albums have been numbers 1,2 and 3 in the UK Charts and he has an whole album ready to go I believe.

Wow! No, they're all seated tickets, and I'll be about 25 rows back. Small venue, like I said, maybe 1,500 tops, so I've got a good shot of catching that mic stand.
-
Nice! He throws his shirt in the crowd usually but its 'everyman for himself' to those who catch it. This Charming Man came on the radio earlier, I really dig Johnny Marr's guitar work. As I've said before, definitely one of the best guitarists in British music.

Ah, I'll be able to use the mic stand to beat up the people who try to take the shirt from me. The guitar work is understated, not too over the top. Just right.
-
Careful! or it might be Wallie in a coma...
Johnny does so rock, jingle jangle heaven. Here's my framed Marr guitar pick --- With Paul in the background. -
A guitar pick with the Echo Arena ticket in the background. Now THAT's rock and roll. If I'm swinging that mic stand around like a bat, I think it will be more of a panic in the streets of NY (where I'm seeing the show).
-
He's doing a few shows in NY, and even Vermont! Morrissey touring US, The Who touring US, no doubt Paul will be there soon... Stop hogging our musical acts!

I think he'll be on the other side of the state of Vermont from where I live, so it's actually easier for me to travel to NY for him, believe it or not. AND, I'll be seeing the Who in February in NH. Thanks so much for being so generous with your musical exports.

Just for that, I might see The Who in Boston, too.

Haha, who knows how many more tours The Who will do, this could be the last one. That's why you better send them my way! The rival thread of this one is the Elvis Costello thread, who once said: ?Morrissey writes wonderful song titles, but sadly he often forgets to write the song.? (even though Costello has some good tracks, but ain't no Morrissey)

I'll be sure to give Pete and Roger a wave for you. I'm pretty sure that this the The Who's unannounced final hurrah, so I'm seriously thinking of doing a two-fer and go to both shows. I have no inside info. to tell me they'll be hanging it up after this, just a gut feeling, mind you. I didn't know Elvis could be so catty!

I'm a minor Smiths fan, I was intrigued!

Where's that mic stand when you need it...?

Will a bunch of flowers to the face suffice?

I think it only works if you're also wearing this shirt.
