Bjorn, these GW tracks just put me in such a warm, fuzzy place! What can I say? You feckin' nailed it! It's a tough song to learn, given its tempo/rhythm pattern changes, etc. The mix is flawless, and your falsetto is barely detectable! Great, great vocal! Can you email it to me?

your voice suits Paul songs so well, similar to Paul in the things you can do with your voice, similar in tone. however you're a cool singing voice in your own right Consider me a Global Wings fan from afar. you guys be interested in adding something to a version I have of My Baby's Request? or wanna do a new version? In other words I'd like to join Globalwings

I thought about Bjorn and Svenn last nite while watching an interesting, lively documentary on Ovation on the making of "Mama Mia." Lots of talent in that movie musical, all inspired by the uber popular Scandinavian pop band "Abba." It made me want to visit those Nordic lands and also to meet Svenn and Bjorn. Wish the feeling were mutual (LOL) Ovation will show a promising looking documentary on Johnny Cash on October 8, btw -

That's for all of you writers-performers here. I've found a site (no I have no income from them for promoting it) that seems quite great for doing online concerts. You can play anywhere and broadcast it so people will see you online through the web. People pays to see your show. You can set "pay as you can" as option, and people will pay what they will, but a minimun of 10 cents!. I don't know about you, but I'll pay at least 10 cents to say any of you playing from your house, a bar or wherever. But if you charge as much as Paul's tickets don't count on me.
Seems like playing anywhere, but you play for the same people over and over, you can create sort of a "fanbase", an audience... for you play in the "same place" over and over. You don't have to travel or carry with the instruments... The sound will be perfect, you have the control of it. And sure you will hear yourself allright if you're the only one in the room. The audience can type in chats, but they can't make noise by talking or anything... I think I'm gonna try with this. But first I need many little things, like a better internet connection and some device that holds the micro while I'm playing at the piano. -
