Yeah, let me take $50,000 out of my retirement fund and win that auction!

Can I get in on that action?

So, the auction is for a 2014 show. I guess that means Paul will be touring in 2014 for sure, right?

Looks that way!

We should have a whip round. Everyone puts money in and then pull two names out of a hat. Everyone that pays gets a signed item by the two that meet him. I will do the draw....

I'd rather Paul tour Europe in early spring, autumn or winter. Anytime but summer!

I'm beginning to think that Paul won't be touring at least in the US this year. You would think that something would be out by now even if it was meant to be a secret. All these artists like Springsteen and Miley have already announced US tours. I would be really bummed because I wanted so much to hear NEW songs (pardon the pun). Could Paul be deciding to spend most of 2014 working on a New Album. It wouldn't surprise me. That would be the only thing that would make me feel a little better about not seeing a live show.

You can never know with Paul as he likes suprises, plus he likes to announce his tours in the last minute. He can do it, since he usually sells out arenas or stadiums in no time in both North and South America. I can't imagine him not touring in the US as it seems to be one of his favourite countries to tour in. As for me I am waiting for European concerts.

______________________________________________ Can't blame you Kimsey. We have been really spoiled over here in the States and Canada. No doubt Paul makes a lot of money when he tours in the US. I didn't see him on his last US Tour. He didn't come to my city (Philadelphia) and I didn't want to spend a lot of money since his new album wasn't out yet. This year I really want to see him banking on hearing a lot of songs from NEW. Anyway, if he skips the US, I do wish you good luck if he decides to do Europe only.

My bets: Europe in June, USA & Canada in July/August. Tour dates should be announced in March/April, just like last year. After all, he has a NEW album to promote (a very good one, in fact). He's proud of those songs (rightly so) and has expressed desire in several recent interviews to perform them live around the world.

He often has something in May so I would not be surprised if that was the case again.

Paul did a bunch of USA dates in 2013. My prediction is he will take a break from the USA in 2014, and tour Europe.

He's done shows in the U.S. since 2009. I'd be VERY surprised if he didn't do shows in the U.S. at all this year. I think it would be too lucrative of a market for him to skip over.

That could happen too. Maybe next month some concert dates will be announced.

I wouldn't mind that at all. But luckily for the US fans it is unlikely.

Well, the Candlestick gig has seemed increasingly likely. And is it probable that it would be a one-off affair? Remember that the excuse for cancelling Horsens was that it was not feasible to do without being part of a larger tour. (Note that I said excuse and not reason. )

Totally agree. He will never take a break from the US. Much too lucrative.
