I'm in the middle of writing my piece. It's not short since Beatledom has been too extensive in changing my life since I was a child.

I'm being a bit honest with mine...drug usage and puberty will be mentioned. I'm sure it'll get edited but I just wanted to be honest. Besides, you have to give an editor something to do.

I saw you in Concert in July-Kansas City.and when you said something to the effect of"everyone has gone and left me here alone with you"I really had to Stop myself from yelling "Thank God".as I did in Chicago in 1989..lol. I was sorely tempted.Billions of People love you..me too . My fondest Beatle memory of you -when you and John had just gotten off of a plne and the reporters were after him about are you sorry for what you said about being bigger than Jesus-I will never forget that-you looked so happy that it wasn't YOU they were after..and in my opinion, they should NOT have been after him.but to me-that was a classic bit of film. And could they have put any MORE make up on you on the first Ed Sullivan show you guys did?? sorry- I digress. But the ed sullivan thing is pretty obvious if you go back and look at it. Cngrats on the Kennedy Center Honor.I knew they'd get around to you.Looking forward to the "Cloud" as well. Love, Denise.

Dear Paul, as a longtime (22 years now) fan of your albums with Wings and as a soloartist I can´t wait for the upcoming remasters. I hope that every album will at least be a deluxe edition with bonustracks and dvds. All the best! You´re nr 1! /Jimmie

OK, indulge me as I don't know where else to put this. In the summer of 2009, I took my then 11-year-old daughter to see Paul at one of his East Coast concerts. She's a huge fan, and wrote him a letter, which I never mailed because (1) I didn't know where to mail it and (2) what's the point? he must get tons of those things. So I just saved it as a keepsake for her to read again some day. Fast forward a year, and my now 12 year old daughter FINDS the letter. My name is now mud because I didn't mail it. So I promised her I would do something and since I still don't know where to mail it, I thought i'd just post it here. So here goes: Dear Mr. Paul McCartney, You probably think this is just another fan letter but it's not. I am your biggest fan. I listen to your music 24-7. I am 11 years old, 12 in December. I admire your new cd a lot. Some of my favorite songs from that cd are: Sun is Shining, Light on your Lighthouse, Lifelong Passion, Sing the Changes, and Dance til We're High. I also love the Beatles. To tell you the truth that's my favorite band. The Beatles. If you ask me, without the Beatles, life would be totally boring. I couldn't list my favorite songs by the Beatles because I have so many. You could say I know every song, word for word. You must be very proud to be so famous. I mean, what could be better than being a Beatle and then becoming even more of a wonderful musician by yourself? I think I like the Beatles together than apart though. I know it would be no use getting back together, but you guys were so funny and talented and awesome! If you can, please write back! Your fan, Emma XXXX XXXXXX P.S. Do you have e-mail? P.P.S. I know John and George are dead, but lets pretend they aren't. ------- OK, that's it. I hope you all get as big a kick out of this as I did. And I'll show her this, and hopefully my name will no longer be mud.

You could have tried to find out where to mail. It can't be that hard. In fact the MPL adress is online. You're a bad mother.

Thanks. You sound charming, too. But really, why mail it to MPL? Seems like it would just get tossed or lost amid the junk mail. So this seems like a good solution.

Hello Paul, do you like pineapples?
