If the Out There tour is put to rest in October 2015 and these rumored Brazilian concerts end up being confirmed for April/May 2016, it's quite possible Paul and his tour manager are thinking of using the 2013 itinerary as a template: opening the next world tour in Brazil, then hitting the US, Europe and Asia. Unless these Brazilian dates are being planned for November 2016, but it would be unusual for them to be talking something that is still 14 months away.
So maybe there is a chance for show in Poland? I asked Live Nation and they said, that they don't planned any Mccartney show in Poland in future.
Europe is lucky to see ANYTHING from a Paul McCartney tour, so Poland will probably have to be even more lucky, I'm afraid. (Btw, I was in Gdansk/Sopot last week, loved it.)
Why you are afraid? Baltic sea in September is one of the greatest things you can see in this part of Europe in autumn

He played Poland recently. Rule 1. If he plays your neck of the woods - GO!

Haha, I never underestimated Poland, always knew I would love that part. But I was saying "I'm afraid" that Poland isn't on the list for the next Paul McCartney tour.

So it's very sad news But everything except France or "behind seven seas" countries are good I think.

There is a big push in Boise for him to play on the blue turf. http://www.idahostatesman.com/2015/04/26/3771606/dear-paul-please-come-to-boise.html That would have to be a summer gig however.
There's someone in here from Idaho besides me? Cool - thought I was the only one! I posted those statesman articles in the 2015 thread awhile back... Looks like we've been to several of the same shows!

Eric, great. I remember in Portland in 2005, Paul asking where people they were from and somebody said Boise or Idaho and Paul said, "where's that?" Was that you?

That WAS me! You weren't by any chance one of the people in the row right behind me, were you? Coincidentally, they were from Boise too... And that was me in SLC last year that got my vinyl copy of New signed at the end of the show. I've definitely had some luck at Paul gigs!

I am from Eastern Idaho. I remember the signed copy of New in SLC. I was at about mid court and one row up at that concert. Were you at the Sandy show in 2010? Did you hang out to see Paul arrive in Salt Lake (or Sandy, if yo were there)? Small Paul world.

Haven't ever caught one of Paul's arrivals, but I can live with that... Yup saw the first SLC show, too. My complete list: Chicago, 89 Seattle, 90 (row 10 on floor) Chicago, 90 (last show of world tour) Vegas, 93 (1st show of US tour) Oakland, 02 (1st show of world tour) San Jose, Denver, Portland, Seattle - all 02 Portland, 05 (row 6!) Vegas, 09 Phoenix, 10 (first show of Up & Coming tour) SLC, 2010 (row 5!) Seattle, 2013 (row 5!) Missoula & SLC, 2014 (both row 3!) Never paid >$250, either.

Just curious, but did you go by yourself to the rows 3-6 concerts, and/or buy your ticket late or when they went on pre-sale?

For Portland 05, SLC 10 and Seattle 13, I got pairs of tix from the presales. For Missoula, I got one ticket via the presale. And for last year's SLC show, I bought one single about two weeks before the show from the regular online ticket vendor.

Wow! And you didn't pay more than $250? How is that possible? I thought the Gold and Silver VIP were $600 or something! (I mean in order to get that close)

100% true! In fact, in SLC last year, I was sitting adjacent to the $1500 soundcheck seats. I know, because they had the "backpack" souvenir, and because they were chatting about the soundcheck when I sat down next to them...

You are a lucky dog!
-
In Lincoln, the VIP packages did not sell out, so the unsold seats were sold for $250. They did not include soundcheck, etc. Music students from the University of Nebraska were brought in for sound check, but that is all they got to see. That happened in more than one venue in 2014.
-
Same in Amsterdam 2015 - music students were brought in for the soundcheck, but they did not get to see the show for free.

My friends from the Conservatorium could though. All seats in a not very good section which still had all tickets available a week before the gig, but still. The soundcheck was an extra for those - wait for it - who wanted to come over early: my friends couldn't be bothered.

I think people are a bit mixed up about VIP seats and top ticket prices. There is no regular ticket price over $250.00. VIP, Gold, Silver Packages and all that are about extras, soundchecks, meals, etc. You are not paying extra for a closer seat. You are paying extra for other privileges at the event. But you can get a front row seat for $250.00...if you are lucky.
