After my last effort I think I should keep quiet. Erm, my immediate thought was the Give My Regards To Broad Street film premiere in 1984 but............. !!
Ok,just did some googling aka cheating and it was the LA GMRTBS premiere on 22/10/84

Is this also 1984?

Thought everyone would want to know about this website http://www.mccartneyart.com
They sell original/vintage prints of Paul's paintings and artwork and Linda's photographs. This is an interesting photo of Grace Slick taken by Linda, circa 1967/1968, and signed... asking price $1400. It had been been made available for sale by MPL in 1977.

This photo was probably taken on the set of "Give My Regards to Broad Street" - Linda is wearing the costume from the dream sequence when she was riding a horse. The site where I found this photo https://faroutmagazine.co.uk/paul-mccartney-final-words-to-linda/ gave an interesting anecdote about the early days of Paul and Linda's relationship:
According to McCartney, there was an instant attraction between them and, shortly after, the pair decided to go for a drink. During their sprawling conversation, Paul mentioned that he really liked white rabbits. Eastman bought a white rabbit and sent it to his address the next day. As her friend Miki Antony recalled, Paul “rang her up and said, ‘Thank you so much for the white rabbit, would you like to come out for dinner again?’ That’s how I knew they’d started dating. The rest is history.” The couple decided to tie the knot on March 12th 1969, and went on to have three children together: Mary, Stella and James.
Interesting to learn about the white rabbit, since I posted the photo of Grace Slick yesterday, and the lyrics of Jefferson Airplane's song "Go Ask Alice" was about rabbits and all... [Twilight Zone music]

^ I never heard that story about the white rabbit!
To my knowledge, in 1967, they only saw each other twice, on the 15th and the 19th of May. Paul was in Liverpool on the 16th and 17th. On the 18th was the photoshoot in Hyde Park. So I question this "Do you want to go out to dinner again?" phone call from Paul, since they'd never gone out to dinner once. Then in May 1968 they saw each other at the press conference in NYC and Linda rode with them to JFK airport and they got to talk for about 3 hours as the plane was delayed taking off. She saw him again in June when he invited her to visit him at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Then in Sept. he called her to come to London which she did on the 26th and the rest is history.

Had never heard the white rabbit story before either! Not sure at that time if someone would have been able to just deliver an animal to Paul's house, without him knowing the person first, but in 1967-68 he had all sorts of people and fans hanging around his home, inside and out, and fans sent him all sorts of things... and he even let someone in his house who said they were Jesus, so who knows. Anyway, Miki Antony is the source of this white rabbit story... this is more about him from wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miki_Antony

^ Wouldn't you just love to know the truth about some of these stories? I could just see interviewing Paul now and asking him if Linda gave him a white rabbit in 1967! The coolest thing would be able to time travel back to July 6, 1957 and watch it all unfold. Eventually they'd say "Who's that little old woman? She's at every one of our gigs!"

I'm making an educated guess that this was taken on either Jan. 3 or 6, Feb. 15 or 16, or Mar. 6 or 7, 1969 since those were the only days it snowed when they were in London (they were in Portugal when it snowed in Dec. 1968) Note: It was only 40 degrees F the day they got married!

Linda, Paul and pony Jet in London, 1977

Thiat article does quote Mary as saying the pony was named Jet, but maybe they were BOTH named Jet.
And according to this, Jet was a black lab of Paul's.

Remembering Linda on her birthday and every day. My baby boy is 6 today, I'm feeling old and nostalgic and sad ( though will be happy once morning comes and I get in the birthday mood for him, he was born at 1.08am so in 19 minutes time he'll be 6 years old). Always been proud he shares his bday with Linda. Jim Henson was born this day too. I'm waffling on, sorry.
Linda I love you

Always liked this photoshoot video. Did the Polaroid Photo exhibit make it to the states?
