Man, what a blast it must have been to be Linda and be with Paul all those years! Damn that cancer for taking her away from him way too soon!!

[quote="oobu24"] Ahh. The infamous Press to Play RS issue. RS actually gave the album 5 stars!??! Thats almost as bad as their 1971 review of Ram.

^ and these are from a photo session for "Goodnight Tonight"

^ I have met 3 of the five people (not Paul and Linda) Laurence Juber is just as handsome today as he was back then!
-
I have been lucky enough to meet 3 of the people pictured in the last photo including Paul. Laurence Juber is an incredibly nice guy and a phenomenal guitarist. I saw Laurence at a show in NYC and Steve Holley showed up as well. Was able to meet him as well

Steve Holley always came across as a really nice guy.

He is! First met him in 2014 at AROTR. Talked to him again there in 2016 and later at a meet-and-greet when he played drums for Denny Laine. Then in August at stage door during BeatleWeek in Liverpool!

Sir Paul is so handsome and Irish looking in that photo. And the photo of Paul with puppies has always been a favorite. Great photos.

No one has commented on Linda's fingers in the one pic.

What? *confused*
For years there was a Southwestern video of Ou Est La Soliel and a Mario type video...in which Linda had one of the band members in a box, like the magicians use and she was sawing the body in half, and she looked happy!!! It was kind of strange, I think there was blood coming out even... I posted it around October because I carved my Paul pumpkin with the sun from that video. I never got that part of the video. I can't find it now. That's the first thing I thought of when I saw Paul with the saw...
Okay, thanks for the explanation. P.S. It's Ou Est Soleil. I just downloaded 5 versions of it.
Sorry Nancy, I've taken French and Spanish and all the nouns start with le/la masc/fem singular in French and el/la masc/fem singular in Spanish. Which means the Sun is Masculine in French. ops: I put the feminine version la. If there's no Le in your 5 downloads then that's a typo for sure!! So it is Ou Est Le Soliel
We're both wrong. I swear though when I copied down all the song titles as I downloaded them, it said just Ou Est Soleil. I'm looking at my deluxe set right now and of course there is a "Le" in there, but you keep writing Soliel instead of Soleil.
ops: i before e, except after c...even in French!!! We need to help each other out here... Phew, that was a tough one... Please, No more French titles Paul !!!

Thumbs Up!... I recall him being on a couple of TV game shows in Australia post-Wings... and he always came across as a very amiable guy.

Paul and Linda in disguise and trying to be incognito at George Harrison's concert, New York, December 20, 1974 Story about this is at http://www.meetthebeatlesforreal.com/2009/12/paul-and-linda-attend-georges-show.html I'm sure they not only wanted to enjoy the concert undetected, but probably also wanted to be respectful of George... since it was his night, they didn't want to draw attention away from him, or be put on the spot to go to the stage or something.
