      John Lennon was one of those critics.

            I think I remember Paul saying being tagged as just a writer of silly love songs was like a having a chain around his neck. I think it was always an unfair criticism. Most songs ever written were love songs, probably well over 90%. So why was Paul singled out by some critics including John. i would like to count how many of John's songs were about love. .......and as the songs says. What's wrong with that ?
