I'm hoping so!

Wow...great news. But I wasn't expecting him to come back around this soon. I'm still in debt from the Greensboro show!!!
-
Fiance gets back from a trip that day. If he misses a flight, it would be a no go. What to do.

I was at the same two shows you went to Charlotte, the one in 1993 was a neat because he did a lot of songs from "Off The Ground".

Website says "Both dates mark the first time Paul has performed in either city." Was Williams Brice Stadium in 1993 just a blur to the McCartney management?

I said that in another thread. Apparently they forgot Paul performed in Columbia in '93!

I feel delirious and giddy again Could it work out this time? Will I have enough dough-ray-mee at this short notice, can I garner good luck and the bucks, will things fall in place, will that day be full of grace and I get to be part of the race to Columbia? I did hear the planets are fixin' to align as they never have before Whatever that means "If You Wanna" (Macca song) Oh I wanna Even if it's "only" in the nosebleeds, makes me feel like Dizzy Miss Lizzy lookin' down--Paul's got those real big screens each side of the stage--but I really crave to be on and not "Off the Ground" and see and hear Macca "Getting Closer" and "at the speed of sound" even if in Carolina and not "London Town"... We're far from being all racists in the South U.S.A, and therefore are worthy of this-- "One More Kiss"--the Southland gave birth to the blues and to rock n' roll, we gots some soul ! Please let this transpire, I've the requisite passion and fire, will have to wear nerdy glasses to be sure I see you clearly enough but will wear a tight blouse to show I've the right stuff and bright lipstick and not appear just a hick, just the thought of this concert and I'm about to pass out "without a shadow of a doubt" not going would make me feel sick and each song from you will sound NEW cause it's "You, You, You" you might sing "It's Not True" but it is--it is you--please Let It Be--will be a Beautiful Night

1993 is so long ago it may as well be the first time. Just ask New Mexico and Australia!

If I can't afford a ground floor ticket and have to get the cheapest one, I'll follow the M.O. I planned for Greensboro had I gotten to see him there. Will arrive many hours before the show and be the first one there (hopefully) or among the first at the box office and bask in the certainty I'll be seeing him perform that night. I want to be right at the front door to be among the first entering ! Will need to take a pillow to sit on. Somebody said there's somewhere you can wait for him to arrive at the arena and wave and shout at him, etc. Then will run back to box office and someone will probably save my spot. Luckily the arena is downtown, on or very near the U.S.C. campus. I found out online how to get there. I'll stay up all night after the show, still transported and blissed out and mess around the city the next day! Since I'm already there. It's gonna be a long glorious day! (LOL) Knowing Macca will appear that evening

Sounds like a great plan. Yes, all venues have a place where Paul arrives, you need to get there early and scope it out and ask. It's a smaller city, so you should have no problem seeing him. Try and get a ticket before you go, it might sell out.

erg! I found 2 flights under $350 the would get back home to CAE in time, but his boss wants to wait a week to get tickets. Watch him change dates. Annoying because we could walk to the venue from his place.
